Call them now. 5 minutes before my card was charged i called tmobile and she said let me check my other system and told me that it was ready to be dropped to the ware house and i was charged.

I'll still be here. My estimated ship date is 10/25-11/11 for a 256gb Rose Gold 7+.

That makes me mad! I ordered the exact same model on 9-11 signed the paper while at the store, and I have had no movement what so ever. My ship date is 11-1/30.
I hope I can get my phone before Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Eve, the launch of iPhone 8....

I am really excited to get my 7+ as I am still using the original 6+ 16gb model. I've been a T-Mobile customer for many years now. I am loosing my patience with them!

Tried to order 2 JB 128gb 7+ JOD as preorders went live. No luck due to rep misinformation.
Got through to another rep at 340am ET but was unable to complete order due to system being down.
Rep called back at around noon and finally completed the order. Times from email were 1158am and 1203pm ET.

If you guys sign up for UPS My Choice with your address, you will get a tracking number 24 hours before T-Mobile gives it to you. Once a shipping label is created, UPS will text you and let you know. Since T-mobile delivers next day air, it is best to know when your package arrives.
Looks like they are charging people when the shipments are in AK. There are 7 more planes headed to anchorage in the next 3-5 hours they will land. Should see more charges coming through.
Start thinking of what cases to get. Lol.
