Ok has anyone tried to cancel their order and been told that you can't cancel because you alreasy signed your eip I wanted to get higher storage space I feel like 32 won't be enough plus 256 has a earlier ship date I ordered rose gold 7+ 32gb

I got charged this time yesterday (10a) and I had not yet formally received a tracking # in text or email, but looking at my T-MO app.. it says it's been marked as shipped. At 8am this morning, I went to the UPS link and it was marked as an end-of-day delivery for tomorrow (10/7), but refreshing it now there is no more ETA.

I live in Los Angeles, a major UPS hub is right down the street from my apartment so I hope I receive it tomorrow. My shipping window is 10/11-10/24 for a 128 GB Matte Black 7+.

You ordered yesterday and just got charged for the 7+ 256GB Matte Black? I ordered 2 weeks ago and still havent been charged for the same exact phone.
Yeah, I just did. Maybe it has something to do with the fact that I had originally ordered on 9/11 (a JB, then I decided I did not like the shiny finish), and so yesterday I called the CSR and had that order cancelled and this one put in

Well, I had to cancel my order today because I need the money for a down payment on a used car. So I hope someone enjoys their new spot. I will have this phone though, just not now :/

I cancelled my 7+ JB 128GB and wasn't told I couldn't cancel. I'm JOD. I then called back and ordered the 32GB 7+ MB. No problems.

I swear these reps are clueless I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt and think maybe they couldn't because I will be charged soon if nothing by tomorrow night I will call again to speak with another rep and maybe ask for a supervisor

Just spoke to Tmobile and until I get proof of an order number that shipped before mine they cant do anything. I have a feeling that they are processing orders based on different criteria other than First In First Out. Just be warned that some of us might be waiting longer than others with the same exact color, size and model.

All three of those factors do come into play on how they ship the orders but I think there is other criteria as well just my two cents.

spoke to exec response and even if you have proof of anyone getting an order fulfilled before yours they can't do anything about it

Swear I haven't slept well since I was charged. Everytime my phone goes off it's something ridiculous. I was fine before I got charged. Now I'm back to the anxiety of launch day lol. Forget you T-Mobile.

Still waiting for my Jb 7 128g which was ordered on 9/9... :-( Also, why are you guys mean by your order numbers? Do they mean something? I just looked at my order number and it doesn't even have an S so I wanna know if that has anything to do with the order in which we receive our phones lol
In addition to each product type having its own queue of orders waiting, seems there were multiple ordering systems in use. One of my orders started with an S, the other with a 2. Different colors, so there's no way for me to tell if the 2 or S correlate in terms of speed.

If you can find someone on here with an order number starting with a 2 or S whichever you happen to have, and they ordered the same color/model/size config, and if order numbers were assigned sequentially, and if Tmobile is shipping in numerical order, that might give a hint as to how close your order is to being processed. I didn't try to figure it out, but if it gives anyone hope, I respect that.

Maybe to put some of you at ease, I saw a pending charge on my card on either the 28 or 29th. Didn't receive one update, and as a matter of fact my charge disappeared on the 4th late night or morning 5th? Until yesterday night after someone on here suggested I check the ups my choice app did I see that my phone was on the way for delivery today. This is all without getting any update from tmobile at all. So hang in there yall!

I got tracking this morning too, but it still just says Ready For UPS.

I got my label update on 10/1 and didn't see any updates on it until 3 days later when it was already out for delivery. So my bet would be is that it's probably going to be out for delivery tomorrow if you received your tracking yesterday.

Just ordered this for my soon to be iPhone 7 Plus JB 128GB model. I also got a Ringke Fusion Smoke Black case to go along with it.

Will be my first time trying to apply one of these clear glossy skins. Hope it's not too hard.
