I am hoping for good news as well... if not Tmobile Customer Support is going be bugged non stop by a customer demanding answers.I just ordered same model last night. Hoping for good news today then. Hopefully this weekend at least.
Ok has anyone tried to cancel their order and been told that you can't cancel because you alreasy signed your eip I wanted to get higher storage space I feel like 32 won't be enough plus 256 has a earlier ship date I ordered rose gold 7+ 32gb
i still have not received a label/tracking from UPS.... i was charged yesterday.

Yeah, I just did. Maybe it has something to do with the fact that I had originally ordered on 9/11 (a JB, then I decided I did not like the shiny finish), and so yesterday I called the CSR and had that order cancelled and this one put inWait what?
You ordered yesterday and just got charged for the 7+ 256GB Matte Black? I ordered 2 weeks ago and still havent been charged for the same exact phone.

I cancelled my 7+ JB 128GB and wasn't told I couldn't cancel. I'm JOD. I then called back and ordered the 32GB 7+ MB. No problems.
Just spoke to Tmobile and until I get proof of an order number that shipped before mine they cant do anything. I have a feeling that they are processing orders based on different criteria other than First In First Out. Just be warned that some of us might be waiting longer than others with the same exact color, size and model.
All three of those factors do come into play on how they ship the orders but I think there is other criteria as well just my two cents.
In addition to each product type having its own queue of orders waiting, seems there were multiple ordering systems in use. One of my orders started with an S, the other with a 2. Different colors, so there's no way for me to tell if the 2 or S correlate in terms of speed.Still waiting for my Jb 7 128g which was ordered on 9/9... :-( Also, why are you guys mean by your order numbers? Do they mean something? I just looked at my order number and it doesn't even have an S so I wanna know if that has anything to do with the order in which we receive our phones lol
I got tracking this morning too, but it still just says Ready For UPS.
Whats the latest we can be charged during the day?
