Well, here's a new one. I was sent the wrong phones.
Phones Ordered (single order):
- iPhone 7 JB 128
- iPhone 7 RG 128
- iPhone 7+ MB 128
Phones included in the package delivered today by UPS:
- iPhone 7 JB 128 - good
- iPhone 7 RG 128 - good
- iPhone 7 Gold 256 - ???
- iPhone 7 Gold 128 - ???
Called T-Mobile who sent shipping tag to return the two gold 7s. Rep told me that he put in an order to immediately ship me the MB 7+ 128 and I would get it possible on Friday, but likely Monday at the latest. I called back this afternoon to check and it appears that no order was put in, but my case was referred to a "resolution team" who would contact me via e-mail in 3-5 days, but possibly sooner, so they can get me the phone I ordered without having to create a new order.

Original delivery estimate: 9/27 - 10/24.
10/5, 12:01pm - Charged.
10/5, 8:26pm - Tracking number received via e-mail.
10/6, 12:10pm - delivered by UPS.
10/6, 12:31pm - trouble ticket (not replacement order) generated and sent via text message.
10/6, 1:05pm - incorrectly shipped phones returned at UPS Store.
Waiting for T-Mobile resolution team to contact me via e-mail.
