Um, ok. I just went from "waiting for UPS" to out for delivery all at once. I was up during the night and didn't see the overnight scans on the UPS app, and then poof! they showed up this afternoon. Weird. Not holding my breath since UPS sometimes doesn't deliver stuff that's on the truck until the next day, but any movement is welcome. Thinking positively and sharing the luck with everyone here.

Charged yesterday 10/5 around 1145am, ordered 9/9 12amPT

Well, here's a new one. I was sent the wrong phones.

Phones Ordered (single order):
- iPhone 7 JB 128
- iPhone 7 RG 128
- iPhone 7+ MB 128

Phones included in the package delivered today by UPS:
- iPhone 7 JB 128 - good
- iPhone 7 RG 128 - good
- iPhone 7 Gold 256 - ???
- iPhone 7 Gold 128 - ???

Called T-Mobile who sent shipping tag to return the two gold 7s. Rep told me that he put in an order to immediately ship me the MB 7+ 128 and I would get it possible on Friday, but likely Monday at the latest. I called back this afternoon to check and it appears that no order was put in, but my case was referred to a "resolution team" who would contact me via e-mail in 3-5 days, but possibly sooner, so they can get me the phone I ordered without having to create a new order.

Original delivery estimate: 9/27 - 10/24.
10/5, 12:01pm - Charged.
10/5, 8:26pm - Tracking number received via e-mail.
10/6, 12:10pm - delivered by UPS.
10/6, 12:31pm - trouble ticket (not replacement order) generated and sent via text message.
10/6, 1:05pm - incorrectly shipped phones returned at UPS Store.
Waiting for T-Mobile resolution team to contact me via e-mail.

I think we are a big bunch of people to wait for it.
Anyway, we are still far from the estimate delivery period, so no real reasons to complain.

You're not alone sis. It's just unfair how T-Mobile is handling their orders. People who order ahead of me getting theirs today and charged today so upsetting:(

has anyone that has complained to the executive team received anything other than bill credits? have they helped your order process any faster?

I've also seen others who pretty much get their phone a good 3 days after they get charged. T-Mobile has a third party courier that transports the phones to UPS after the labels are created so it spends the better half of those days with them.

That's what UPS told me when I called before getting any updates. Once UPS gets their hands on the phones they're pretty much out very quickly.
Here's the thing though, I don't have Next Day delivery. Mine is 3 Day Select. So I'm guessing I'll have it by next week…?

That sounds like BS. People cancel all the time. U have a right to do that. You will be put at the end of the queue though. You may also lose any deals you received if they're expired too. Try calling again and get someone else who knows what they're doing. It would probably be better to wait and receive it, then do an exchange or return. I'm pretty sure all RG +s are 'backordered ' at the moment. At least in very short supply.


Thank you I decided to just wait it out and exchange once I receive it hopefully the hype has died down by then

I've never seen these! I've been looking online for a clear case. I think I might go with Spigen, I'm not sure.

There was a really cool Spigen case that I wanted, but was torn because I'm particular, and the soft black color bothered me.

Otherwise Spigen makes great cases. There's quite a few clear ones on Amazon that look pretty good. I had one for my current iPhone 6.

So when would people start to see charges if their device was on one of the planes on flightaware? would it happen after they land?

It is not possible that a UPS package handler delivers the package next day if it is on his truck for today. Only in unforeseen circumstances it will happen - example extremely bad weather. Other than that he/she has to delivery everything that is in his package car.

KY to NJ is just a one day lane. So if you shipping is 3 day select that UPS is sending it ground or holding it at KY till its time for delivery. 3 Day select means they will delivery 3rd business day only and till its not time they wont move the package further.
