Dang. Well, if we make an educated guess that they're clueless, this may be one of those cases where it shows up without updates or charges. Maybe try messaging the often-mentioned Art Lucero on twitter? Some people got answers. Ugh. What a mess.
Edit: whoa, you DID get charged for that phantom order. That's messed up. Hoping that was just a lost rep not seeing the order. Likely.

The gold 32 gb 7 plus has been delivered! Tracking says that my black 128 gb plus should be delivered on Monday.
I've been following this thread for awhile and finally joined to report a charge:
Phone: iPhone 7 (regular) Jet Black
Order date: 9/11 afternoon
EIP signed: within an hour from order
Order no.: S0177xxxxx (trade-in program)
Estimated shipping: 11/1 - 11/30
Charged: 10/7 (just saw it now)
Does anyone know if I might get it this weekend? Does UPS next day deliver on Sundays?

Sweet! I'm a 7 JB 9/11 order also. I honestly just want it within the next week and that'd be great so if I get a charge today, I'd be on track. I totally forgot that I'm even getting a new phone lol. Thanks for posting!

From what I understand, charges don't go through until the planes land in Anchorage. There's still 7 flights heading into Anchorage right now.
Same here 9/9 Jet black 7 plus 128 gb and no updates. Will take some time I guess.9/9 order and i'm still sad.

freaking t-force is saying that my original timeframe is 11/15-12/15... i'm pissed and schooling this guy right now... more to come

Here's what the other guy said.. pretty sure he did just to calm me down

As far as how the orders are processed, it is all done in the order processing system. Once you had signed your order agreement, which I see you sent us a screen shot below, it put you in line. They system is processing the orders, in the order that they were fully completed. The iPhone 7 Plus 128 GB in Jet Black, was an incredibly desired model. That particular combination of model, storage and color has a very large back order. <b>I dug deep into the order and you are pretty close to the front of the line at this point.</b> I would recommend keeping a steady eye out and we may get a pleasant surprise and get inventory in sooner than expected! Let me know if there is anything else that I can help you out with, Juan."
So made me smile a little.. but yeah

I am too. 32 MB 7+. I'm sure I ordered after both of you. I ordered and signed EIP 10/2. T-Mobile still shows back order for me
Im on backorder from 9-20 I originally ordered on 9-16 but changed my order like 6 times within 4 days couldn't make my mind up on a color then changed due to faster shipping time based on what the site and Tmobile customer service said but when the order confirmed ect like a day later the date shot up to December. I screwed myself.

I was completely shocked to see it. I hope everyone else starts seeing charges.
