Just saw my UPS tracking. Expected delivery date 10/10 (this Monday). Does anyone know what happens if I'm not home to receive the package? I was hoping it would get delivered on a weekend so I can be home and not at work..

Anything that I've ordered from T-Mobile, if you're not home when UPS comes by, they'll leave it at your doorstep. There's somewhere on the UPS site where you can tell them a specific location at your house to leave the package.

So I decided to message T-Mobile on Facebook about my order on 9/10 for a 32gb matte black 7+... with estimated delivery 11/01 - 11/30

Here's their response... I guess it's time to start scoping out local T-Mobile stores?

"Looking things over, I do have to apologize as I don't have a way to move you in the queue. However we do reserve some stock to go to local stores. You could try to contact a local store and see if they have a wait list or sign up list as some stores do that for high demand items. I wish there was more I could do for you."

I ordered on 9/11 around 11pm MB+ 32GB and i got charged this morning.

I got the same suggestion from a Tforce rep about going to a store and picking up a phone, then literally telling me to return it under the 14 day remorse period. Really...?
 
God dammit I'm getting impatient, it's been 3 WEEKS, T-Mo support giving me the SAME answer to link my Twitter with Support, and lucky people getting their MB 32GB Pluses before me, I think I'm switching to another carrier after this, I have HAD it :mad::mad::mad:
 
Is it normal that I can't see my order status on the my t-mobile website? I can only see the order status from the t-mobile app on my phone and when I click the order status on the app it shows the same window that comes up when I try to check the status on the website. I ordered the 7+ JB 128 GB on 9/9 and signed on 9/11.

There's not real order with t-mobile i guess. Talked to a representative last week that told me I should've been charged last friday but it was gonna happen soon.

At least you can see your order status on your app. All I can see is phone health, go to account info, and store locations. Doesn't even have the chat option anymore.
 
So after fighting with like 3 diff customer service reps my order (second order) finally shipped. My order and my boyfriends order (ordered an hour apart and seperate accounts) were both shipped at the same exact time. Ordered 9/29, back ordered 9/30 both iPhone 7plus 256gb​
