This might be a good sign. This happened to me prior to getting shipment notification on ups
Just fought about how people ordered their phones after I did and are receiving it before I am. It's funny they really don't know sh*t. I spoke to a customer service rep on the app at around 6 pm and he said I was still backordered, not charged or anything but my order was processed before I even spoke to him
MNR ordered on 9/10 and i order on 9/11 i got charged today and he/she hasn't heard anything so who knows what t-mobile is doing.
Nah, it's been like this for three weeks. The app is useless for me.
- Ordered iPhone 7+ 128GB MB via T-Mobile website on 9/14 at 2:03pm PT
- Estimated ship date 10/10 - 10/24
- Card charged 10/6 at 9:51am PT
- Received shipping email from T-Mobile on 10/7 at 4:24am PT
- Estimated delivery according to UPS My Choice is by end of day on 10/10

Just like me. But mine is just a Jet Black plus. Ordered on 9/11 just waiting for my tracking email now. Was charged at 11:29 am today.
Same everything as you. My t mobile app says being processed. Does yours says the same thing?

My brother did my upgrade in store. He is a general manager. He selected overnight shipping and the fee was waived. I did have to pay the 20 dollar upgrade fee though.
I keep saying the same thing since yesterday. All they tell me that the phone is backorderd and that they can't do anything about it.

Small wave tonight, six planes from Alaska on there way. 2 planes from China arriving late tomorrow night. Expect all jetblack orders to start to get filled because all other colors are being shipped off to India.

Hey, for those who have labels, I'm assuming movement will start Sunday night right? Or how does it work since UPS doesn't work on weekends?
UPS "does" work on weekends. Not necessarily deliveries but transport yes. If you have an over night label printed today you should get it by Monday. If you have a 2 day label it is possible to get it Monday. That's as long as your item has a departure scan tonight. There could be a delay so it may not update until Monday morning. If you don't get a departure scan over the weekend expect it Tuesday.
My jet black 128gb 7 plus was delivered on Monday 10/3 I was charged on Friday the 30th.
I ordered on 9/9 at about 3:30 am central time
Starting to get a little irritated about how they ship out later orders before people who ordered earlier. I'm happy that more people are getting charged but cmon now T-Mobile... Not a fair playing field whatsoever.

Not necessarily. You could get the email with tracking tomm. This stuff gets delayed. Just like tracking data.
