Received a text from Tmobile tonight with my tracking number, telling me it may take 48 hours for it to show any movement. Great. Except, I received the text on the new phone, since it arrived yesterday. It's literally in hand. So, regardless of what their confused communications/status/reps say, I hope your orders are in your hands fast. Should've joined sooner. Ya'll are great.

Ordered in the evening of the 9th. Had the same exact shipping date estimate and got mine charged and shipped yesterday with tracking 10/7/16. My estimated date is Monday for delivery as well

Is it normal that I can't see my order status on the my t-mobile website? I can only see the order status from the t-mobile app on my phone and when I click the order status on the app it shows the same window that comes up when I try to check the status on the website. I ordered the 7+ JB 128 GB on 9/9 and signed on 9/11.

It's the same way for me too...

My brother did my upgrade in store. He is a general manager. He selected overnight shipping and the fee was waived. I did have to pay the 20 dollar upgrade fee though.

I paid the 20 dollar upgrade fee, but wasn't given the option to get next day air saver

So I am supposed to get my silver Plus 128gb on Monday by end of day and when I checked track it I realized that it is already in Alexandria va which is where I live. Went to a local ups store and the guy gave me the address which happens to be 7 mins from my house and he also said that they may give it to me if I go there.
Wish me luck going there now. It would be nice to spend the long week end with my new toy

My order #S01777xxxx. That so strange. They definitely don't look like they're sending them in order at all.
