Just wanted to give everyone an update my order has officially shipped and has a schedule delivery date of 10/12/16. I am already seeing movement on it. Crazy thing is I havent seen a charge come through yet??

Just got off the phone with someone from the Executive Response team...

They are not skipping anyone in line, they process them in the order they were received, she is still waiting on her pre-order (which she said she placed before mine), everything is ok with my order, and it will be shipped out as soon as they get stock from Apple. After all, I did order the two most popular colors (MB & JB). My estimated ship dates have not been pushed back or anything, they are still 11/1-11/30. So there is no reason to be concerned.

That call just made me all warm and bubbly. o_O

Same call last week. They recommended I check with stores. Checked with 3 in person over the weekend and was met with laughter and sadness at the same time from the store employees I asked.
 
Ive now seen six people between here and Reddit who ordered their phone after me and have been charged/shipped. Most of them were ordered on the 16th as well.

My order was placed on the 14th due to the rep messing up my color.

7+ in silver 128GB.

Makes no sense.

I am admittedly confused though. Were those who took advantage of that trade-in deal put into a separate batch of shipments? I ordered 9/11, did the trade-in deal online, and my iPhone 7+ 128GB MB was given an estimate of 11/1-11/30.
I ordered the same day, same specs, matte black, I did not do the trade in offer, no charges here.
 
Well charges usually happen until 5-6 PM. Keep your fingers crossed people. We still got time!! As for plane updates, 6 planes heading to Louisville over night. And 1 from china to Alaska coming in 2 hours. (Maybe some charges there) And 1 plane from china overnight as well. Regular wave. Not the large wave like it had happened before but at this rate I still firmly believe all pre orders to be filled by the end of the week. Keep the faith people! As for the people that have gotten charged today, give as much info as you can on your order so we can know when in line the people are. It'll really help. As for delivery's coming in today, show us some picture and enjoy your iPhone's!! We'll see you guys next September!

that's crap... both you and I have seen people that preordered a day or 2 after us get charged...

Not sure where you live but stores in my area are getting them. Not 100% sure about the JB 7, but they had 2 7+ in 256gb and a fair amount of MB 7, which I was able to get.

*I don't believe what the reps are saying and honestly believe I'll get it during my estimated shipping dates.

I'm really leaning on canceling my order and order a 256gb MB 7+ since the estimated shipping date now is 10/10-10/18, but I really love the Rose Gold color and already have Rose Gold cases picked out, plus I want it to match my Rose Gold Apple Watch.

They would fulfill all of the 256 models first so everyone else cancels and gets the more expensive phone. Everything that is happening seems a little too convenient on their end.

It really is and I don't need all that space but they are shipping faster than the 32 and 128. I even called as far as 2 hours from me to see if any T-Mobile stores have a MB or RG 7+ 128 or 256 and none of them had one. They said they probably wouldn't get any until November.

Guys, they're no shipping in order...we know that already. Every variant has its own queue.

I wouldn't if I were you. Stick with what you want. The wait sucks, but nothing sucks more than regret.

you should know better than that son.. reps over the phone will quote the tmobile site shipping dates.. if they were pending charges everyone that preordered a phone would be charged already. these are actual charges, even though the cc companies label them as "pending" because they are not actual transactions until your current bill cycle closes.

the only time they will charge you for an iPhone is when a phone has been assigned to your account. read a couple of pages worth of posts and you'll notice the pattern..
Just spoke with my bank. It seems the transaction is pending with the bank. Since the charge was made today which she mentioned was a holiday for the bank, so the transactions were put in pending and waiting to be processed by the bank tomorrow during business hours. That's what pending means according to my bank.

When I mentioned the charge was for my iPhone, my bank rep went ahead and said that there is nothing to worry about on the T-mobile side :)

lol I can't believe the T-Mobile rep gave a completely contrasting response,that T-mobile is yet to 'actually' charge. Will wait and see.
 
The unicorn has arrived. Ordered in store on 9/11. Hope everyone gets theirs soon.

"I can assure you none of the 7 Plus Black 128GB have shipped yet unless ordered on the original preorder date 9/9. This version has been the highest in demand out of all of the new phones. I personally got this same exact model and have not yet received it either, so I completely understand. I know it can be frustrating to wait, but this is the most up to date shipping time frame we have at this time."
