I believe you had multiple phones right? If so were they the same order number or separate ones?

Congrats:)
Have a question, regarding trade-in vs return-in. I am on jump on demand doing an upgrade. The rep told me that if I do a 1)turn-in my monthly cost will be the same and I won't get any credits for the monthly payments I have been doing for the previous phone since I don't own the previous/old device.

2)For trade-in I first need to buy out the old device by paying around $300, then device will be mine and I can trade-in my old device to be eligible for the tradi-in credit which is around $150, which is adjusted to my monthly cost.

Obviously the option (1) is better. However some reps are telling
3) I am eligible for credit of $150 even if I don't buy out my old device! I even got email that I can do a trade-in and will be getting a credit if $150

Not sure which options are correct. Any suggestions?

i asked the same question because my brother was considering an upgrade from his 6+.. pretty much if you still owe on your current phone you're gonna end up with 2 installment plans.. i would just call again and ask one more time to be sure

I finally woke up to see those 3 words we have all been waiting for "Out for Delivery". When I ordered my silver 7+ 128 gig, Tmo said it would ship between 9/27 - 10/10. They shipped it on 10/5, so I can't complain. It was sent by 3 day select ground, which worked out well, since Hurricane Matthew was due here on 10/6 and no planes were coming in. The phone was supposed to arrive yesterday; but because the trucks go through Jacksonville, FL, which had lots of damage, it was delayed one day. Life is good!
