Order status stopped showing up on mytmobile, anybody have this happen to them? I have not been charged yet either

The order is a month old so it won't show up on the main page. Click "Shop" and scroll to the bottom to find the order status now.

well that is fast... got charged yesterday, ups tracking last night, apparently getting it today

Finally... Still waiting on one more of the same, but I was charged and a label created so I'm assuming it'll be here soon. I'm not sure why they weren't both shipped yesterday. This is proof however, that T-Mobile does not ship in order of time placed or order number. This is my wife's phone which was ordered a few minutes after mine with an order number over a thousand after mine.

So I'm starting to feel like a sucker. There seems to be literally no point in preordering or getting on a 'list' or anything of the sort. If this is how it's gonna be, why not wait until all the hype has died down, skip all the frustration, and buy a new iPhone when there is actually enough stock? It all seems like a game I don't want to play. I didn't even get a new color!

Ordered Silver 128GB+ specifically because the shipping dates were sooner. No movement whatsoever. Ordered on 9/14 and seeing people who ordered after me getting theirs in. I'm quite tempted to cancel and buy direct from Apple just to stick it to T-Mo for this mess.

I just contacted T-Mobile and nothing really new for me. he kept saying that my phone will be delivered by the estimated date 11/01-11/30 and that the order are filled based on the order date ... which is untrue as seen here.

Yeah same here. I didn't get the 6s+ in RG last year for the same reason, but got my phone in the mail at noon on launch day then. Since I'm JOD, all I have to do is pay $160ish to own the 6s+, sell it, then just go to apple and get an unlocked variant immediately . Why I haven't yet, I don't know. Guess I never believed it could take this long.

Wow my details for the RG are exactly the same, JOD and all. I really hope they get on it with other orders.

I concur! Im sick of this...I will just wait it out next year. :(

What you said makes so much sense. Next year is going to be worse with the iPhone 8 being released and with us being the last carrier to wait for preorders to be filled.

It is just so thoughtful how T-Mobile adds such a personal touch to customer service and picks reps that have ordered the same phone as us and have yet to even get their new iPhone. These reps can really understand our frustration and anticipation. It's just great...:rolleyes:

Yes! Every single time I contact them, the rep conviently is waiting for the EXACT same model as me with a much later ship date supposedly. Like, "oh, you're so lucky! I'm waiting on the same phone and won't get mine until December. I haven't seen anyone with ship dates like yours!" Lol I have a RG+

I also just contacted Customer Service on Chat. In so many words he told me that either you guys getting your phones ahead of time are liars, I'm a liar, or He's a liar.
