I ordered on 09/17 but they pushed my dates back another week for some reason.

Talked to a rep today and he had an actual answer. He said that people who order in store do in fact have a chance if getting their phones before others who ordered on the phone for example. He said this could explain why people who ordered two days after me got their phones first.

He then said that they are noticing this happening a lot, and that they are "looking into" why people with later order dates are getting their phones first.

Sounds more like he's just trying to agree with what you said. I ordered in store which was a mistake. The reps instore just tell you whatever they pull out of their ass to make the sale. Example, he assured me I could take advantage of T-mobile paying ETFs WITH my trade in.

Idk I feel it's the opposite I ordered in store and haven't seen any changes

i got charged last week but my card I used declined the charge so i kicked into 10/11-10/25 ship group. 2nd card charged today no email yet. no ship date yet. as of 10/11 2:18 est
