Carrier iPhone 7/7+ T-Mobile Pre-Order Thread

Ordered two phones 9/9. The sales rep set one up correctly as the "iPhone on us" so called "free" trade in deal, or so it appears. The other phone is (edit: incorrectly setup as) just a regular eip. Can't get much for it since it's got a tiny chip on the screen and the power button works but doesn't spring back out. I've @ mentioned Art Lucero at executive response twice on Twitter. Third time today, I added Legere. I've been fighting to get this deal since 9/9 but I don't have a good feeling. Gazelle offered $115 for a 6s plus with those damages, exactly why I paid it off 9/9 and arranged to trade it in. I know I should be grateful the new phone arrived, and I am, but the drama continues for over a month now.

Since I tend to bash my phone on the edges, I found a good compromise in this aluminum frame. Edges are protected and I can still see this beautiful phone.

Edit. It is called AluFrame by Just Mobile if anyone is interested.
It also makes it much easier to pick the phone up from a flat surface. Was having a hard time with that.

Good point. I'll need to look up where I saved that fine print. The store rep said a shattered screen was a deal breaker but that I was ok since everything worked, but I don't know what to believe.

45 mins away. I guess it's not that far

If you have it held at a store instead of a Customer Center (Hub) it can add an extra day to your shipping.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but you're iPhone isn't gonna be under the qualified status for the promotion even if you get them to reinstate it. Once you ship out and someone looks at it they'll adjust it accordingly for the shattered screen and sticky power button.

The case doesn't seem to have much impact on the service. I've tried without also and both ways have pretty much the same result.

Going on 36 hours since I was charged. Still pending. Still no updates aside from the charge. I know I'm not going to get it until next week, but I'd at least like something to happen

I haven't seen anything update on T-Mobile, but with UPS MyChoice it shows the tracking number

When I received my tracking # tmobile app and website still had my phone backorderedied. It says shipped now so the tmobile app isn't updating like it should

Same here. I was pissed about being mistakenly listed as 7-10 day delivery; now it says 3-day on UPS. I can handle that.

Chase down that driver!! Usually it will say "out for delivery" if it were going to be delivered...but sometimes it's slow updating the system. Hope it works out for ya!
