Well i been waiting forever it seems... ordered a jetblack 7+ 128 9/14 no action... im hoping this week will be my time... smh... i switch from prepaid just to get the trade in deal... but at the moment im feeling like just going to the apple store and paying full price... still had to put half down for the phone... and just get credited later

Update: Checked T-Mobile app, my phone shipped today. Delivery scheduled for, Thursday 10/6.
Ordered as an upgrade with trade-in on 9/12. Silver 7 - 32 gb
I received notifications from T-Mobile & UPS as ready for shipping on 9/26. Got charged later that day. No updates since then except one that said my trade in date has been extended to 10/27.

I got a UPS tracking # via text, but the UPS site says tracking # "not available. Try again later."

No phone yet.

My window is 9/27 to 10/10

Received my silver iPhone 7 32 gb on 10/7 , well within the projected delivery window.

I love it!!
I upgraded from 5s. Wasn't planning to upgrade until I heard about the T-Mobile trade in promotion and I did it in time to keep my simple choice plan. Yay!

I was never crazy about the 5s--it's a really nice looking phone and I liked the small form factor and portability of it but it was simply too small and hard on the eyes. I'm finding the 7 is just about perfect.

Ordered my 7+256 Matte Black in-store on 10/10 to replace my Note 7, charged Friday, label created, estimated to be here on Wednesday 19th.
 
I think it's great and a huge step up from the 6. I can't seem to get that portrait mode on the camera though. Not sure why. Other than that. I'm really happy with it!
I stuck here with this Iphone 5 that I'm embarrassed to carry around lol

Hopefully more charges come through tomorrow or Tuesday. There are 7 flights in the air and 1 more departing in 14 hours and 7 minutes. Fingers crossed.

Why would they cancel it?
I asked if it was possible to switch my color (Silver) since the ESD is in October. Guy told put me on hold and told me he would be back. Came back and told me he had to cancel my order to check. Went through 3 reps to be told I have to wait 24 hours to place a new order. Even though I didn't authorize it smdh. Heated

I've canceled and redone my order within 24 hours....

They told me 2 hours. That's messed up they canceled your order.

Got my tracking number yesterday and update tracking info shows I'll get my phone tomorrow! iPhone 7+ 256GB JB ordered on 10/10.
 
Are they called customer care centers? I don't want to mistakenly send my phones somewhere that will delay the process lol

Just make sure that you check the times it will be open. The hub closest to me opens at 3pm to 7pm. I was screwed once in the past thinking I was going to pick up my package in the morning. Not sure if you can divert to an actual UPS store in the area.
