Thanks just checked! Both of my phones are in Houston scheduled for delivery tomorrow but I scheduled a pick up the nearest center which opens at 10am!

Apple must hate T mobile or something.. My phone is available at the same time or earlier than my expected shipping date if you ordered it right now from other carriers but I ordered mine last month and it's the same or later. What the heck?

For all of that they might as well make a new order but bump it up to where your order would've been if they hadn't canceled it. A higher credit than $50 would also be more acceptable.
Online now the shipping dates have moved up for most of the 7 pluses to 10/25. They need to do something
Well, I know I just complained but the shipping dates have moved up for the 32gb mb +! Guys who ordered last month I expect our phones to be here before November
I complained about mine because the 256gb RG 7+ moved up to 10/18-10/25 and mine are still sitting at 10/25-11/11. I'm going to be angry if I don't get my phone by the 10/25.
Message T-Force on Twitter. They maybe able to put the order in for you and get you expedited delivery. I know I had a heated exchange with them and ended up with over $300 in credits over this whole thing.
Same with my phone my shipping estimates are still the same even though they moved up! Hopefully you receive your phone before or during that. I've seen you on here for awhile best of luck to you I'm sure you will get it soon!
That's who gave me the credit. Some people are saying they didn't have to wait the whole 24 hours so I'm going to try again in a few. Either I will have my order tonight or more credits.
Can you try messaging them through the T-Mobile app or through FaceBook Messenger?
I message all three at the same time to see if anybody say anything different. One of them should be able to fix the mistake. Also try sending Art Lucero a dm on Twitter (@art_lucero)
I'm on Android and don't see any option to chat. I'm on twitter right now and will try Facebook now too. I tweeted John and Art . That's when T-Force DM'd me and gave me the $50 credit
All these orders are crazy. Ordered 9/28, 4 phones 7+ RG and MB and a 7 MB and they are being shipped. All 128GB.

See when I go to "upgrade" on the T-Mobile website I'm not shown the the down payment that they are able to see. Don't see it making a difference whether you did it online or if they did it. I would think it's the same system. I'm about to raise hell with them
