Only reason I been waiting is to get that trade in rebate... if it wasn't for that I would of never switch from prepaid and just bought my phone from apple... my other prepaid note on T-Mobile is unlimited for $70 same as this T-Mobile one...

Didn't get any shipping info yet and my ups hasn't notified me of any upcoming shipments.
I also have a business account and I added my business name (as it appears on my bill) as a name on MyChoice and that worked for me
Still waiting for my UPS shipment. Its on the Vehicle for delivery. Every engine that makes a sound outside my window, I jump and check if it is a UPS truck

My UPS tracker updates pretty frequently. From the day it was ready to for UPS to each day it arrived at a location.
Me too. They must pick em all up only on certain days/times a week or something. Glad it's not just something wrong with my order--was getting kinda nervous.

My label was created on the 14th as well, and I received my origin scan at around 2:54 PM today. Departure scan at 4:24 PM, if that helps any

Update: got an origin scan early this afternoon (1ish), delivery scheduled for Wednesday. Requested pickup at my customer center, most likely will have it by tomorrow morning since I'm in such close proximity to Louisville (just under 2 hours). It's been real, it's been fun, but it hasn't been real fun.

We received my wife's 7 128 JB today, ordered on 9/9 at 7:00 a.m. MST. Not a stellar release for t-mobile JOD customers. Will have to rethink this next year.

I received a call back from the executive team and the reason why I wasn't charged last week was because of an issue with my JUMP! when T-Mobile had canceled my first order. It let me upgrade the device but didn't send the info over to the warehouse. Evelyn had someone call me and explain everything. They called the warehouse after fixing the mistake mot escalate me having a phone this week. I would have never known that if I hadn't reached out to Art Lucero.

No, UPS 3-day (I guess that's why T-Mobile actually has it listed as 7-10 day lol.). They screwed up my order and didn't put in the 1day and refused to change it after the fact. Sounds like they only have set days/times for ups to pick up shipments.
