You can actually update your line with the new SIM card online without contacting anyone. It's pretty easy and quick. Just make sure you power cycle the phone and the new SIM will activate.

Yup and from the looks of it from others in this thread it may be a day or two before we see any movement.
Regular day of movement: 7 planes; 2 planes. Not like last week where we had the huge wave of 10 planes;5 planes. As for orders that will get fulfilled this week, my rep told me that most orders were getting shipped within 4 weeks of order. So we'll see. I ordered jb 128 ip7 #S180
Well I ordered a 7+ 256GB JB. I received the package that was supposed to have it today. Instead I got a 7 256GB JB. I've already spoken to 5 different reps about it but no success, so instead of relying on T-Mobile to fix the problem I've already issued a disputed with my local bank manager to get my full refund back.
Still no charge smh , I'm not even excited anymore .. tbh I just wanna cancel and stick with my 6s . What's the point

I placed an order for the 256gb JB 7 plus on October 12th and got charged today around 2pm. Hoping to wake up to a shipped email or text....
Tmobile can't charge you a restocking fee if you never opened the phone. Also reps are no good ask to speak to managers if thats a no go ask for above them. I had a situation where I bought a ipad 32gb decided not enough memory so i ordered a 128 then tried to return the 32 the rep who processed the return messed up and they couldnt return it they tried to bs me over and over where I said I don't exept any of what they where offering. They called me back and wiped the 32gb ipad and gave it to me for free and I sold it . Ask to speak to the escalation team. When I am persistent I awalys come out on top and every time my issue is relsoved. I received over $300 in bill credits before and much more. Just don't take no for a answer while being firm but not a ******* either and it will get done it just has to be escalated regular reps don't do anything. I myself am a customer service manager and in terms it all works the same.

I felt like that with each passing day. If it wasn't for this forum and you @Marie420, @Loyaltyrenee @iGotThis14 @Journei and @Bp_91, I would've canceled and kept my current phone. I'll still be here until the rest of us receive our phones. Fingers crossed for more charges tomorrow.
The come as late as 8pmmy phone was out for delivery early morning. Still haven't gotten it yet and it's 6:30

Be sure to check the UPS app, I have yet to get an email from UPS that I have my iPhone coming, but it showed up in the app soon after the label was created.
