Oh I'm taking my phone to a tmobile store Thursday since I did jump on demand I'm not trying to mail anything in lol. We all gotta keep in touch because it's like we did form a bond waiting on these phones and trying to keep each other spirits up. If they do this promo next year we will all be here again

I tried giving a IP 6 phone back to T-Mobile in store when my 7 rose gold came last month rather than mail it and they told me that it has to be mailed. The phone is being sent to T-Mobile insurance folks called Assurant I believe.

So I guess don't waste your time going to the store to return it to them with the jump upgrade as they'll tell you you have to mail it.

I ordered a Gold 128gb 7+ on 10/7. While placing my order I asked the T-Mobile operator which color would ship fastest. She told me that Silver and Gold weren't really in demand, and I should receive the phone in 2 weeks.

I'm creeping up on the 2 week window and my order status still says processing. What are the chances I might actually get the phone in the promised 2 weeks? Should I even bother raising a fuss if it doesn't show?

What are your estimated shipping dates?

Only JOD can return to store. Not jump though. I delayed ordering my 7+ bc I specifically will not mail anything to Assurant anymore, so I had to receive 100% guarantee that I could do that.

It wouldn't be from queens and would most likely say T-Mobile from Louisville, ky. Around 1.3-1.4 lbs.

Well when I ordered the 7 plus they told me that I could either take my phone to a tmobile store or mail it. I was gonna take it right back to the store I got it from. This is my first time ordering a phone online I usually go to the store and walk out with a phone

I have the original JUMP! so I have to mail mine back to Assurant. I sent my 5s to them last year and didn't have any problems. This year I will send it with insurance and a tracking number.

I felt like that with each passing day. If it wasn't for this forum and you @Marie420, @Loyaltyrenee @iGotThis14 @Journei and @Bp_91, I would've canceled and kept my current phone. I'll still be here until the rest of us receive our phones. Fingers crossed for more charges tomorrow.

I would like to keep in touch even after we have received our phones. I have 2 friends from last year who although we don't live close to each other we still keep in touch via Facebook and WhatsApp. I know we'll be back here next year going through the same thing for the iPhone 8 lol.

Did you check it on the ups Web page? You got your tracking number quicker than I did. I was charged on the 13th and didn't get a tracking number until the 15th so maybe it need time to give you updates idk
