I should try that. They're talking about having to charge me again and then just credit my account. I'm so confused. Like bihhhhh! You better get the next rose gold phone on that plane. NOW! The hell you talking about charges for?!

They're not going to charge me. I got in touch with Art and he had someone call me and they placed my order and told me to keep using the 7+ until my replacement comes. Also they wasn't going to charge me but did have me sign a new EIP.
 
I've been told that it will take about 48 hours from when you're charged before you'll have a tracking number.
So I should be getting a tracking number by tomorrow hopefully because I've been waiting since September 14 and I'm phone less

I looked up my manufacture date and mine is 9/12-9/18, but I wasn't charged for the phone until 10/17. I knew my phone was going to be defective. The sad part is the Apple rep over the phone knew it defective when she heard the hissing. They were surprised how much I knew about the hissing and yellow screen. They are aware a lot of MacRumors members experienced this.

That's bs I would be raising hell with T-Mobile , let them ship me a phone that I can't use and I've been waiting this whole time .. T-Mobile is gonna hear my mouth!

Turn off your phone then back on and while it's booting up Put your ear to the apple logo and listen for hissing

It arrived this evening and its seriously the most beautiful phone I've ever seen. Just exquisite. I'm in love

No hissing or acting like its possessed as of yet. And zero scratches micro or otherwise.

Stuck for 2 days in transit to UPS...did anyone face this issue?..the wait never seems to end...charged 10/18..shipping notification 10/19...ups next day air saver.
