That's what I'm doing. They just put the order through. They're doing it as a buyers remorse something or other so I just get a brand new device and not a refurbished one
You definitely should of had your phone by now, ordered the same exact size and color 7+ MB 128gb on 9/16 and received it on 10/19
I would check that out, i ordered the 27th and was charged and it shipped yesterday
I had them do the same thing because I don't want a refurbished unit.
Congrats. I have the same phone on order from the same date as you 9/16 and if I remember your order # was ahead of mine by a bit.

I don't wanna sound like an idiot but what's the big deal with getting a refurbished one? Just that it's not been used by anyone or that it's completely new?
We just moved over from at&t and I am slowly coming to understand this ha ha ha.
Can you imagine how many refurbished units have been fixed from dropping them in a toilet filled of who knows what?

I have an order question. When ordering the 7+ from T-Mobile on JUMP and EIP, do you pay the $20 down payment plus taxes? Can anyone who did this let me know their total? I am trying to decide if I want to go ahead and order or wait until they are available in stores.

Same here. I was with ATT for a LONG time. T Mobile has given me what I want.. Unlimited Data.. but I can see why ATT/Verizon charge more..
If I would've had this phone for a couple months (6 or more) I wouldn't mind a refurbished unit. Being that I was charged for the phone on 10/17 and received it 10/19 making it brand new and had an Apple rep determine it defective the same day I want a brand new phone.
Refrubished phones can actually be better than a new one. However I understand the OP wanting a new phone since they just got it with problems out of the box

OK, I have no idea what T-Mobile is doing. I had a pending charge yesterday, then this morning, it was gone. Now a few hours later, it is back. Let's see if this time it stays and my wife and I get our phones. I understand Apple didn't produce enough product this time, but this is ridiculous. My brother and sister in law walked into a Verizon store yesterday and walked out with 1- 7 128G RG, and 1- 7+ 128G MB. We are switching from Verizon to save money but I guess you get what you pay for sometimes. LOL Guess I'll ride this out and wait as the only other option is to stay with Verizon and pay over $149 more a month.
Yeah they have the 7 ,but not the 7+, at least not in my area. I'm trying to be patient as I know there was an issue with supply from Apple. I know Apple didn't want a surplus of phones as they had when the 6 and 6+ launched. Also, I'm just a bit confused as to why T-mobile would charge me, then pull it, just to repost the charge hours later. Just seems to be a bit unorganized.
Evelyn (T-Mobile Exec) told me they don't have pluses in-store because they have yet to fulfill their online orders. Once that is done...they will have the 7 pluses prob sometime in November.
I was told that all my fees (including upgrade charge, shipping etc.) that appeared would be waived when I turned in my Note 7 after receiving the new 7+. I didn't use my jump upgrade so not 100% sure on that charge. I haven't paid a dime since this whole thing started a month ago. It's all been pending charges that no one ever puts through knowing they'll get waived.
