I was told that all my fees (including upgrade charge, shipping etc.) that appeared would be waived when I turned in my Note 7 after receiving the new 7+. I didn't use my jump upgrade so not 100% sure on that charge. I haven't paid a dime since this whole thing started a month ago. It's all been pending charges that no one ever puts through knowing they'll get waived.

That's awesome. I wonder if I could get customer care to do the same for me. I thought they would charge when shipped.

Yeah I would give them a call. They have a specific number to call for the Note7 trade in. My 7+ shipped last night and there aren't any pending charges which confirmed what that lady said about it. It seemed like the lady I spoke to knew so much more than any tmobile rep.

I went ahead and ordered it on another line since that phone is paid off. I will pay when it ships and then turn around and get my Note7 refund. When did you order yours? I am hoping for a quicker shipment date than they gave me.

Wow. MB? I ordered a MB 7+ on sept 28 and received Oct 15

You definitely should of had your phone by now, ordered the same exact size and color 7+ MB 128gb on 9/16 and received it on 10/19

I would check that out, i ordered the 27th and was charged and it shipped yesterday

Wow, thanks for the feedback...I appreciate it. Yes, I ordered a Matte Black 7+ 128 GB on Sept 12. Sigh, I guess it's time to call T-Mobile again and waste even more of my time.

Ordering from them is so damn painful and I am never doing it again.

I ordered mine on October 12th (7+ 128gb RG) and it should be delivered Monday according to the tracking . My estimated ship date was Nov. 12 thru Dec 15th so it came pretty quick.

For people who have not been charged and received any tracking information, here's my suggestion:

1) Cancel your order by calling T-Mobile (Very easy, I was able to do it within 5 minutes); if you have JUMP or JOD, cancel that too.

2) Check iStockNow.com to see if your local Apple Store has your variant of iPhone in stock.

3) You'll have to tell the Apple employee your T-Mobile log-in, and have your driver's license and credit card.

4) With the totals added up for my IP7+ 256GB, I was able to pay the same amount as I would've with the phone and JOD.

I'm assuming this is good news. I just received an email giving me an updated return date for the return of my old devices which I traded in. Once I receive our new phones I have until 11/21 to return our old phones. My original delivery time frame was 11/15-12/21. I'm hoping that with today's pending charge and this email, it means I will have my 7+ 128G MB and my wife her 7+ 128G RG in our hands in the next day or so! I can then finally get rid of the evil Verizon empire. LOL

UPDATE: I just got a tracking number! It's on it's way! I had next day, so hope Monday, but no later than Tuesday I guess.

Order date: 9/22
1- 7+ 128G MB
1- 7+ 128G RG
Original delivery date: 11/15-12/21

That's what I'm doing. They just put the order through. They're doing it as a buyers remorse something or other so I just get a brand new device and not a refurbished one
I went to the Apple Store and within 15 minutes the rep swapped my device out for a brand new one manufactured 10/3-10/9. The hiss and yellow screen is gone.

It make me wonder how long T-Mobile was still sitting on that phone in the warehouse. My sister got her phone the week after launch and had the same manufactured date as mine and hers is hissing. She's waiting for T-Mobile to send her a replacement. I was surprised they had one in the stock because when I went on istocknow.com, they didn't have any 256gb RG 7+ with T-Mobile for over 150 miles.

they hold back stock for returns.
