I'm assuming this is good news. I just received an email giving me an updated return date for the return of my old devices which I traded in. Once I receive our new phones I have until 11/21 to return our old phones. My original delivery time frame was 11/15-12/21. I'm hoping that with today's pending charge and this email, it means I will have my 7+ 128G MB and my wife her 7+ 128G RG in our hands in the next day or so! I can then finally get rid of the evil Verizon empire. LOL

UPDATE: I just got a tracking number! It's on it's way! I had next day, so hope Monday, but no later than Tuesday I guess.

Order date: 9/22
1- 7+ 128G MB
1- 7+ 128G RG
Original delivery date: 11/15-12/21

I got the same notification today and just opened the T-Mobile app it says my phones have shipped!! Haven't been charged again yet but this makes my day after the charge disappeared early this week! :)

I ordered a 7+ RG 128 and a 7 MB 128. After our original order was cancelled by T-Mobile's mistake (original order date on 9/21), we had to re-order on 10/5.

ETA: Shipping label was created last night and scheduled to be delivered on Monday.

THE WAVE IS UPON US! 13 planes on there way to Louisville! Now as for when we'd get charged, I don't think tomorrow being a Sunday and all but Monday, including the usual 7 flights, we should be looking at 20 flights of iPhones at least!!!! Hopefully a jb iPhone 7 is onboard!


I really hope my jet black is on there... it's been way to long!!!

I just got an email from UPS that I have a package coming from T-Mobile tomorrow. I asked a rep yesterday to cancel my order and apparently he didn't do it. Now I have to send that other phone back too. Ugh

Yesterday I posted about how I ordered a Matte Black 7+ 128 GB on Sept 12th and how I hadn't received anything yet. Several folks here said they had ordered well after that and had already received their iPhone. Well, I called T-Mobile spoke to a supervisor, and even he seemed confused and could not figure out why my iPhone had not shipped yet.

After spending 52 minutes on the phone, they finally sorted it out and said I would receive it no later than Tuesday morning. 10 minutes after hanging up, my credit card was charged and I just received a tracking number.

Of course I'm happy to finally be getting my iPhone, but what a effing mess it is ordering a phone through T-Mobile. The process has taken up hours of my time when it should take no longer than 15 minutes. Never again folks, never again...

Maybe ask for some customer appreciation for their mistakes . I ordered same phone 9/28 and had Oct 15.

What was your estimated ship date when you ordered?
 
I did chat with tmobile and was told my MB+ ordered kn 9/20 is pending shipment. My Rosegold + ordered on 9/22 is not. We will see whag happens.

Im not sure mine both still say just backorered on the website. I have seen a few people with the partially backordered status but I can't remember what they said about it.

I ordered MB32gb 7+ on 9/30 My order says backordered hopefully it ships this week

Is it true 20 planes landed in Ky last night? If thats the case Im hopeful this week there will be a lot of charges. I have been waiting a month now which is nothing compare to some of you guys

When I counted last it was around 13 or something close.
