I got charged today men finally!!!!
Just received my new iPhone 7 plus today. I am also on the Jump plan. When I check my account online i see that my previous iPhone 6s plus lease has been completed. However I still have the phone. Will they notify me to send it back? I have not received any communications or anything regarding the returning of the phone.
If you're a Jump on Demand user, return it to a T-Mobile store. At first they told me to mail it in, but after I told them I was on JOD, they took it in store.
If you're on the regular Jump I think you need to mail it in. They should've sent you a shipping label. Don't count on me for this one though, I'm JOD.

What is strange as they show the old phones lease as being completed. I will wait for them to instruct me on how and where to return. Was considering keeping the phone and paying it off for my family member to use.
When I ordered my phone they told me I have 30 days from the day I receive my iPhone. And they told me they will include everything to ship it back.
Does anyone know is the 6splus zagg glass will work on the 7 plus?

You're correct. I'm on the original JUMP! so I have to mail mine in. I have 2 day shipping, mailed it yesterday and they'll receive it tomorrow. Hope they hurry up and close it because that's $31.25 extra on my bill.

My 7+MB got delayed from the 10-18/10-25 ship date so I swapped it for the 256 JB 7+ should be here Friday..
Best Buy has the Zagg labeled "for 6s/7plus" so I'm sure it will.
Good to know im going to break my 6plus zagg then get a replacement for 7.99 via zagg. Best buy will put it back on for free saves me $$$$

If you have a 32gb of any color and phone your phone may still be on backorder. Blame T-Mobile's $0 down payment for that.
So when you get declined the first time for a payment but have the funds later in the day how long it takes to recharge? I have overnight shipping but they say it takes two days to process?
If you didn't receive a return label for your old phone with the new one, then there should be a printable version of the return label in your account, under the lease information for that phone. And, if you don't return it, then you basically just continue paying for the old phone, plus paying for the new phone. So you'll have 2 phone payments on your monthly bill.
It look like more 32gb orders are waiting to be charged versus the 128gb and 256gb. T-Mobile forgot to cancel my 256gb RG 7+ replacement after I asked them to. I put that order in on 10/20 with the estimated shipping dates at 10/31-11/21. It shipped on 10/21 and was delivered to my local UPS hub on 10/25 before I sent it back for a refund. The 256gb are moving really fast.
