No not yet. She called and give them the information now. They didn't say when it will recharge.
After I updated I saw the charge on my account within 10 min. She did say around 24 hours but I just checked it again its still there says Tmobile Upgrade

Nope if I went with free shipping it would have been $0.00
I don't think it does because the cut out at the top is wider on the 7plus than it is on the 6s plus but I guess it's worth a try

Getting the run around with T-Mobile. First I'm told told they rerun the card and put hold for the funds and now they saying it won't ship until 11-28 wtf.

Have you dm Art Lucero about having your card rerun and getting the runaround?

You guys have to stop suggesting stuff like this. It really unfair to others that are really having problems with customer care. This is going to be a avenue that is going to be shut down. I know a lot of you don’t want to hear this. But the only people that should feel entitled with regards to the iPhone 7 shipping delays are the people that have preordered and people still have not received a phone and are past their quoted shipping dates. For everyone else. You just need to either be patient or kick rocks.

I mean why are you guys bothering execs just because you’re impatient? If you’ve been a part of this thread complaining about how much you want your phone. And then when the time comes you don’t have your finances squared away. Who's fault is that?

You guys need to be fair and stop burning channels that customers with REAL problems actually need.

There are some people myself included who had problems with their accounts and orders because of T-Mobile and the only way to get it squared away was talking to an executive so if you don't like what I or anyone else post you can read and not post or as you said "kick rocks"

My card was declined and I call T-Mobile to update the credit card how long can take to recharge me again????

I guess maybe you should have read the title of the thread before YOU started posting. And If you think think speaking to an exec is the only way to solve some of these low level issues...Eh nevermind i’ll just leave it at that.

Like I said. You guys should be fair and not burn out this channel. This exec actually going out of his way to sort out these issues is an anomaly. I know, I posted my info in this thread as well and I didn’t preorder. But I just wanted to show some of the impatient ones that typically your phone ships prior to the estimated shipping date. Like I said 500 pages ago, same !@#$ every year.
