so i'm new to the site, so hello to everyone! this is crazy. my phones still aren't here. we ordered 4 MB 7+ 32gb with a 11/15-12/12 timeframe (order #S01854), and i'm honestly not expecting them to be here for a while. i'm getting impatient. we just switched from sprint though, and i can say i'm enjoying the much better speeds.

I sent my iPhone 6s+ back on Oct. 25th, it was received in Assurant's warehouse on 10/27 and they just sent me a text confirming it was completed and zeroed out. They also credited me $31.25 since I paid my bill early. Now I'm waiting on them to take the replacement iPhone 7+ off my account and it's good to go.

Mine was like that for about a day and a half. It was ready for ups on 10/25. Then it changed to rescheduled for 11/1 and on 10/28 morning it rescheduled again and said on truck out for delivery.

So UPS finally updated. Order shipped friday but won't deliver until Tuesday and I paid for over night shipping. Should I request for a refund?
