Hi there, new user, 'been following the thread for some time now.
For dumb reasons my pre-order was cancelled and I had to re-order again on Sep 28, been backorder ever since.
I got a text mid-october saying the new delivery date was between Nov 1-15 but the website (and two emails, one dated last friday) still says Nov 15 - Dec 12.
My info:

I ordered 2 JB+ 128 on 9/16 and I'm still waiting too. I got an email on Friday with the estimated ship dates of 11/1-11/30
@Journei @Loyaltyrenee how many days did it take for ups to update for you guys ? :/ I'm on the phone calling them now
You should've received some movement. It's ridiculous that you haven't seen any since Thursday. Something isn't right.
I wonder if they're still holding onto your phone at the warehouse?

mine says the same thing order processed since Thursday the 27th /: but mine says 5:33 pm
Idk on T-Mobile website it says shipped and ups wasn't any help at all they said all they know is what is on the website & for me to call T-Mobile back and make sure they shipped it and if they did they need to contact ups themselves so they can find it smh
If it's saying "Ready for UPS" it's probably still at the T-Mobile Warehouse. UPS haven't picked the package up yet.
The T-Mobile lady is telling me it doesn't get a tracking number until they have picked it up.. idk if ups tracking is just super behind or T-Mobile is playing with my emotions lol and I thought all this was almost over

You get a tracking number once they print a label for your phone. When I chat with them I send them a dm and send them a message through the T-Mobile at the same time to see what they're going to say. It sounds more like T-Mobile dropped the ball on their end.
now she saying my order wasn't ready until the weekend and it should be picked up by ups today blah blah blah and it probably won't make the estimated delivery date which is the 2nd smh I'm just so done with ups and this phone it's not even funny
Hello, mine was shipped on Friday 10/28, at 8:35PM. It said "ready for UPS". I checked again my order status this afternoon, finally it showed origin scan in KY, US and my scheduled delivery date will be on Nov 2. Well, not too bad.
