If it's saying ready for ups it haven't been shipped yet that means ups haven't picked it up yet. Idk why yours is taking so long to ship out
I'm sure it hasn't but they already started charging me for the EIP I'm definitely not paying for a phone I don't have

They did that to my cousin she called because they had sent her the first month bill and she didn't even have the phone so they gave her a month free for the inconvenience
 
I changed my order from the iP7+ MB 32GB to the iP7+ MB 128GB this morning at 8 AM. I was charged automatically. Now I am just waiting on it to show up in UPS My Choice.
 
Every rep I'm getting is saying it's ups fault that they haven't picked it up it's been waiting in their warehouse blah blah blah and I asked so I could be waiting two weeks from now and it'll still be sitting there and they're like idk it's up to ups whenever they pick it up and I told them I know for a fact that people's label was created the same day as mine and people already got their phones or at least have updated ups info and I asked why doesn't ups wanna pick up my phone but everyone else's and of course they don't know.. they don't know sh*t

Call ups someone had this problem on another forum, his had got lost in the warehouse somehow

I would have also told them since y'all dont know anything I know my account better get credited for the EIP since I don't have the phone and I'm already getting charged

Did anyone have to sign for their delivery? I didn't have to sign for my Note7 delivery, but wanted to make sure T-Mobile hasn't changed it with the iPhone. If so, I will need to take a half day at work.

I didn't have to sign for my two that were delivered today.
 
Well after having to go through 4 different reps and being hung up on by the 5th my phone magically go scanned and updated delivery date changed from the 2nd to the 7th o_O at least it's some movement finally it's ridiculous how long it took them to receive it :confused:

Its about time! Girl I had 3 day shipping and it took them FIVE days to get my phone moving... stupid. smh

Looks like I may be going through the same thing. My tracking showed up in UPS My Choice yesterday evening, but did not update throughout the night. My Note7 sat there for 5 days as well. Why do they do that? I would think UPS would pick up all 5 days of the week.

I am hoping my iP7+ moves tonight so it can still be delivered before the weekend.
