It's ridiculous and the Apple rep tried to talk me into keeping the phone saying it's normal. There's no way I'm keeping a phone where I can't record a video without hearing the noise. The T-Mobile rep I spoke with noted my account that if I can't get another iPhone 7+, they'll credit my account the $320.75 I paid towards another phone.
wow that's bs .. like @Bp_91 said they usually do anything they can to make you happy they shouldn't make you keep a phone that's messed up .. if that's the case why isn't everyone phone doing it they need to stop trying to burry a problem that isn't going to go away

That's what I'm not understanding. I'm not making this up to get another device. I would rather keep this because it's set up the way I like. It took me 2 days to get this device like the 1st 7+ I received. I always set mine up as new without a backup so it takes me forever to set up all my setting and my 250 app settings. This is really draining me. I'm getting ready to say to hell with Apple.

No I had called and seen if I could pick it up that day which was a weekend and the ups store said no because they're closed and it was already out for delivery 4 am this morning lol

@Marie420 I received the email from Alexa stating the engineers haven't figured out the problem but she will send me out a replacement device express. The only issue I have is if this one will have the same problem. I'm worried about that and going through the hassle of setting the new one up. @china089 I hope you receive yours soon. This has been the worst iPhone preorder T-Mobile have ever dealt with.

i agree. i usually never preorder because you're able to walk in launch day and walk out with one but not this year. don't even want to imagine how next year will be

Apple is quick with sending out replacement devices. I completed my repair info at 8am and the phone was shipped out at 10:18am and will be delivered tomorrow. Of course I have to wait to pick it up after my daughter's surgery. Glad that Apple take care of their customers.
Well that's good I'm glad she got you taken care up let's hope this is the last phone you have to get & I pray your daughters surgery goes fine & she comes out better than ever :)

I contacted Evelyn through twitter and thats what one of her team members told me, but maybe I should just go ahead and contact him as well. Next week it'll be 2 months that I've been waiting...
