Still no movement here. I mean if I can order a car to the specs I want and have it built and shipped in a month. I dont know what apple is doing that is so magical that they cant produce enough jbs.

No movement in my end either, as a matter of fact, I haven't read of many JB being delivered lately... its' obnoxious to wait!
On the other side, at least my delivery window starts on the 15 so.... just hoping we get it before christmas.

I have an estimated ship date of 11/1-11/30 but I mean it's been just about 2 months since I've ordered. I haven't seen anything since last week either so it's probably going to be the very end of my shipping window when I get it.

Any clue how long a trade-in credit should take?
Got the phone mid September, they got my old phones from me 10/4 (UPS tracking), and they don't even have a status for me to track on the website of how the trade-in is moving along.
I feel like every time I talk to them on the phone, their support tells me just enough "oh it will be reflected by __" to get me off the phone and become the next persons problem.
The latest story I'm getting is that it will show up on my statement closing 12/4.
Does it really take them 2 months to look at my damn phones?
The next battle I'm worried about is it's going to be December.. January and they will try and screw me out of the iPhone 7 trade-in deal and just give me the normal much lower trade in value...

It didn't take them long at all to do my trade-in. I sent it on 10/25 by USPS and it was closed out on 10/30. The credit was applied on 10/30.

Will try to call back during daytime hours tomorrow to get local support staff... they seemed a bit better last time.
