I went a week after launch and pre-ordered. Scheduled to ship 11/23. I keep checking my order and still 11/23. Argh! Still more than a month away... this sucks!
Yup, I gave up checking, when November gets here, or I get a cc charge, or I see movement here, I'll check again
 
Just got the your order has been received and will receive a message with tracking when it ships text message. Save yourself the time and don't bother checking the website. I literally checked 20 minutes before I got the text and nothing was different so the text will be your first indication things are progressing not the website.
 
Same thing I'm wondering

I have days where I just don't care and then others where I obsessively check the site 10x a day! AND TODAY IS ONE OF THOSE DAYS.

My wife could have cared less to get a new phone. Hers came yesterday.

The HORROR!... making me wait like this!
 
Great news you guys!! Ordered my iPhone 7+ 128GB JB on 9/9 around 7am PST. EDD has been 11/16 and my card was just charged and received an e-mail with info about shipment confirmation coming soon. If it helps, I live in Southern California!
 
Ordered 7+, Jet Black, 128 on Sept 9 (around 11:30PM). Still waiting..waiting..waiting..this is taking forever. My deliver date is Nov. 11. No money taken out of my account.
 
Just checked my account and my 9/16 MB 128GB 7+ order was just charged! No text or anything about tracking yet but it's progress!

Edit: My EDD of 10/26 has disappeared too!

That not 100% on all orders. I made 2 separate orders one on preorder launch and one on 10/11/16 @11:23PM = I haven't received one text message to say either order are shipped.

The second order was mailed priority overnight and I still haven't gotten an email either it has shipped. It was delivered yesterday.
 
Ordered a 32MB plus on 9/16. Had a 10/19 ship date. Updated today that it's shipping today. Four days early, I'll take that.
 
Never received a text about shipping but did get an email stating it shipped 2 day UPS ground, no tracking info has populated yet.
 
Ordered an iPhone MB 7+ 32gb on 10/12. Got a ship date of 11/23, the rep said it shouldn't take that long at all. So I wanted to ask what time frame everyone elses orders where shipping in?

Looks like still might be on track for the 19th as quoted. I'm already signed up for FedEx Shipping manager and UPS my choice, which I love because they notify me as soon as a label is created. I got a false alarm earlier this week from UPS, turned out to be a different order. Hoping by Sunday or Monday I might see some type of movement and get a notification saying it's on the way. :)

I'm not due to see my phone until 11/9, but its not a hugely popular color so I thought maybe it could have shipped by now. Any thoughts?

And my plan will be changing when I receive my new phone as I did the trade in program...

It shouldn't hold up your order at all since they told you that you were eligible for an upgrade
 
Preordered 32gb Matte Black 7+ on 9/29. Estimated ship date is 11/23. VZ seems to be 2-3 weeks ahead of schedule so far.
 
First order 9/19 they messed up my paperwork so my T and C's were never signed so my order would never have been processed.

Called Verizon and contacted their twitter team. Was put through to tech support on the phone, he redid my order on 10/6 T and C's and finance paperwork came through immediately, got them to honor the original trade in from last month. Phone shipped on 10/12, picking it up today.

Is anyone taking advantage of the $650 or $550 trade-in deal? If so, will you be trading in your old phone to Verizon before 30 days pass from the order date or the day you receive the phone? I ordered 9/30 and have an 11/30 ship date. I probably wont get my new iPhone within those 30 days.

Yes, I'm doing the 650 trade-in deal. I called Verizon on the promotion to make sure my bases were covered. You have 30 days from when you activate your new phone to trade-in the old one.

I had the same concern, since I ordered my phone on 9/29 and it isn't supposed to ship until 11/23. The system seems to know that you preordered the phone before the promotion ended, and when you go through the trade-in process on the website after you activate your new phone, it automatically applied the $650 promotion for my 6.

Again it takes 2-3 billing cycles (probably depending on when your billing cycle ends and when they receive and appraise your phone trade-in) but you'll get *everything* back on the 3-4 month's bill and then it will be $27.08 per month credit for the remaining ~21-22 months until it hits an even $650.

So, just to recap, you have 14 days to *return* the phone to Verizon if you changed your mind after the ship date, and you have 30 days to send in your trade-in to Verizon after you activate the new one. Or so they tell me!

The trade in email you should have already received states:

If you purchased a new smartphone, use the
recycling box to return your trade within 30 days
from receipt of new device

Thanks for the info. I also just read a Verizon rep comment on the community forums stating:

"We want to clarify and make sure you know just what to expect. Getting your promotion is important and we want to make sure you get the full value. The phone needs to be traded in within 30 days of processing the trade in. However as long as you ordered the phone during the qualifying period you have until 12/31/16 to submit your trade in request. If it has been more than 30 days since you processed the trade in when you get the phone you may need to reprocess the trade in but you will still qualify for the full amount."
