Just got an email stating that my order has been delayed to 11/18 due to "popularity"
7 plus 32gb Silver. Ordered 9/29. Absolutely not acceptable.

Just got the same email. Plus, if it does ship at "promised" it will be scheduled to arrive on Thanksgiving week when we are planning to travel.

Seriously considering cancelling. At that point it will be 2 months from order date and almost 75 days since release. Plenty of time to justify that i don't really need the phone.

Called just now cancelled The 7+ 32gb gold and ordered a black one should be here on Monday

Last night ordered a matte black 256 plus. Should have it tomorrow wanted jet black but I figure regular black will
work just as good. My 128 6S+ is FULL.

Got shipment confirmation TODAY and will be here Monday 11/14!!!!!

So happy I didn't have to wait long :)

FYI

Ordered Silver 64G Plus on 9/30. Was initially given EDD of 11/09. Then got updated EDD of 11/18.

Spent a lot of time chatting on Verizon chat line. Had a helpful guy on the other end but in the end got nothing new.

However, in process learned a bunch of worthless information

1) While the chat guy could see my account, which is different from a bunch of other chat sites, he could not see any store inventory. During the call he was even wanting me to call stores to find out their inventory. Did call several but none had any Plus models available.

2) One of his comments was that Apple was controlling inventory so I looked up information on Apple web site. I live in NE Dallas which has a number of Apple stores within the large metro area. Most, if not all of the stores have the complete line-up of non-plus models available. The only 32G model plus I found was a Rose Gold model in SW Fort Worth, about as far from me as you can get and still claim to be in the DFW metro area.

3) Only plus models available were mainly the 256GB models with an occasional 128 model at a few stores.

4) I thought the issue might be the color, but I could even find the "premium" jet black model plus if I also wanted to pay for 256G

5) I know that a lot of you need more memory but my old 16G iPhone 5 has almost enough storage, if I exercise occasional discipline with cleaning it up. My MacBook only uses about 256G of its storage even though I have used it daily for the last 4 years.

Ordered a 7+gold 32gb on 10/3 edd of 11/9 got back ordered to 11/18 so on 11/9 I called cancelled gold ordered a mb 32gb was supposed to get here Monday but it's out for delivery today!!!!
 
Placed my order for 256 MB plus on 11/9, it shipped 11/10. Says UPS 2 day delivery BUT this evening it has arrived to closest/last UPS hub before delivery. It's currently ~45 minutes away but still shows delivery for Monday. What are odds they will go ahead and deliver it tomorrow? Or will they hold it until Monday like it says it's to be delivered??
 
mine sat at a sorting facility 15 minutes away from my house for 36 hours if that makes you feel any better haha

Not so much lol. Not sure why Verizon wouldn't pay for Saturday delivery, seeing as how that's when most people are home to sign for stuff anyways
