This was shot on iPhone 6s.
It's about using the light and also how you focus the lens? I didn't use any apps to do edit this...
But maybe I got this whole definition of bokeh effect wrong

I downloaded the beta & I now have portrait mode!!! It is awesome!!! I was so worried I would mess up my phone...but everything is A-ok!!
You can use third party apps to edit photos with the same effect. People have been doing this for years.

Looks like you have one of the photo filters applied. Look on top of the right hand corner in the camera app, click it and choose normal
The developers beta. Are you sure you don't have 10.0.1?I have 10.1 & there is no portrait mode.

It's set to normal, no filters applied default settings. No issue on my wife's 6s Plus with the same photos
You're taking photos of a television screen. These cameras don't do well with that. Take a picture of something that's not on a screen and I'm sure it's fineiPhone 7 Plus, Gold, 128 Verizon.

Most likely it's that your shutter speed was syncing with the refresh rate of the TV. If your TV looks perfect to the eye, then it's nothing to worry about. This is very common when taking pictures of anything with a digital screen.

hey would anybody know if the 7 Plus would help me take better pictures in a classroom?
my professors are too lazy to print stuff, so they just put the assignments on the screen and tells us to take pictures. but my photos always looks blurry/fuzzy on my 6s (my assigned seat is towards the back of the room)
