So here is my full story .
I tried to order online at 12:01am Pacific Time on 9/9/2016 and couldn't get thru so i called 611 and did the order over the phone around 1am. I made an order for a jet black 128 iPhone 7+ . The lady on the phone took all my info and did the order and said I would get the EIP email within 24 hours but to be patient because their systems were overloaded.
I finally got the EIP on 9/9/2016 at 7:00pm Pacific . When I was about to sign it , I realized that she had made a mistake and ordered a jet black iPhone 7 128gb instead of the 7+ .
I called back t-mobile immediately and spoke to a rep and there was nothing he could do but cancel my order and create a new one which put me at the back of the queue.
When my new order was created my estimated shipping date was 11/1/2016 - 11/30/2016. I was super upset about this but decided to just be patient .
On 9/19/2016 I lost my credit card so i had to get a replacement card. I completely forgot that I had used that card for the iPhone order until about a week later so on 9/27/2016 I called t-mobile to update the card on file so that whenever they decided to charge my card that there would be no problems. While talking to the rep i asked him if the ship times were still the same and he said yes. I then asked if I changed my order to a 256GB JB 7+ if the shipping time would be further increased. He informed me that at this point the difference in shipping time would not be that great and i would still get it sometime in november . So i pulled the trigger and created a brand new order for 256GB Jet Black 7+. Got my EIP on the same day , signed and got confirmation of the order being processed on that day (9/27/2016) .
The new order had the same estimated ship dates of 11/1/2016 - 11/30/2016 .
Good news my card was charged 10/07/2016 (Friday ) and shipping confirmation with tracking was sent same day 10/7/2016 and my phone is set to arrive 10/10/2016 (Monday).
Hopefully everyone should be getting their phones soon even if they have a November ship date.
