Interesting. I called Sprint about some problems with our service and they couldn't have cared less about my problem. Basically, I get no or poor reception in my house and my phones are atrocious and have been for the past year. I tried out a new phone (paying full price) and the reception and clarity held just fine. I called them and told them that and they did not budge in helping me out (afterall, I don't want to have to pay $400 for a decent phone that isn't an iPhone). This was even after threatening to cancel, call the BBB etc. Nothing. I was nice about it too I swear.
Back on topic. I sure hope they have different types of iPhone data plans. I don't text that much and the Media Max w/ 200 messages for $20/month would be doable.
