I didn't think that the Sim card was allowed to be removed. But here we have a diagram on how to do so.![]()
I thought it was known from the very first showing that the sim card could be removed.

Everything looks amazing except for the calculator.
that calculator application's GUI looks absolutely terrible, ugly, clumsy, not very iphone looking...
how old are these screen shots? Still says "Cingular"!!!!
sim card thingy looks interesting
Exchange option...
Oh please oh please.
All this Exchange email stuff is great, but the main reason we use Exchange is for the calendar integration. I run a PPC smartphone for that reason.
I was certain I was going to give the iPhone a miss for a while - but if they can sync the exchange calendar with the iPhone calendar - I'm sold... Or even better, It they can integrate completey with Gmail and Google calender I can dump our exchnage server!.. Anyone heard anything on tighter Gmail and Google Calender integration?
I know there's no current UK carrier at the moment, but I can't see it taking that long after the potential huge initial success in the US
Wonder if there is a Word (& Pages) and Powerpoint (& Keynote) viewer as well, activated when you select that type of document in an email.
I agree, I like apple mail but Outlook is a great tool - If you're in the corporate world there's no escaping it... But as a small company we would be happy to move over to Google for mail and calender if we can get exchange type integration.I KNOW! Seems like Exchange is the big news here.
The Exchange option gives me some hope that we're going to see much better Exchange integration in Leopard. I really wish Apple would repackage Mail, iCal and Address Book as a more Outlook-like single app that works seamlessly with Exchange.
I know Apple was having a hard time finding a UK carrier a while back, but that was when iPhone details were quite sketchy. I can't see how the iPhone will be anything other than another iPod like success story, and I think UK carriers will soon be faling over each other to cut a deal asap.Hopefully you're right, I can't wait much longer
But I guess it depends on how long it takes the carrier to set up Visual Voicemail etc. I could live without that though!
i wonder if the paper clip is included in the box ?

Availability - Visto Mobile for the iPhone will be available in late Q3 2007. iPhone users will be able to take advantage of a free 60-day trial of the Visto Mobile service. For more details and pre-sign up, go to http://www.vistomobile.com/iphone
I believe its already been confirmed that it will open MS Office documents.
So the feature will be available at some cost (not so good) but it's CLEAR evidence that 3rd party NON-Apple developed software will be on it's way (with the approval of Apple no doubt) and I'm not just talking Web 2.0 apps.
I heard it will be sold separately for $19.99, bummer.
