Brilliant, they're EXACTLY the same as O2 for phone cost and tariffs... So much for competition, I hope the EU Fair-Trade Commission looks at this... Price fixing??

Quite frankly, in terms of data and pricing, those plans are utter rubbish. Fair usage of 750MB!!?? Also who would pay over £100 a month just for unlimited texts/calls when an O2 bolt on for £7.50 would do the same!! Mass exodus not so likely.....

Also Orange's 250MB data cap for Pay and Go users! O2 offers unlimited data for free over the same 12 month period!

To be fair I don't think Orange's network can handle the data that iPhone demands, thus their data cap. But they've had long enough...

Yes - why do they bother to call it unlimited, when they could just be honest and call it 750 MB/month? (Which, let's face it - is pretty useless anyway!)

Glad I am still with O2 :) FTW!

As a current O2 £30 a month customer, the Orange £30 tariff is a lot better than what I'm getting now. I only use about 100 MB a month so the data cap doesn't worry me.

Though my contract runs out in January, I'm waiting until June / July for the next gen iPhone so it will be interesting to see what Vodafone have to offer and if O2 improve their £30 tariff.

So much for me hoping for some competitive pricing, and do Orange not do anything like O2's bolt on's? I'd need more than 500 texts a month, and theres no way you'd get me to pay £122.34 a month, on a 24 month contract just for that.

Bad show Orange, i wonder what Vodafone will come up with :/

O2's is absolutely unlimited, no cap whatsoever, they made an exception for the iPhone. :)

I think you're right, just had a quick glance ovzer the T&C's and there's no limit, well looks like O2 will be keeping my custom after all.

Think Orange missed a good opportunity here, even if the tariffs were a few quid cheaper just to entice people, but nothing.

I seem to remember reading somewhere them promising 'extra features' to make it a more worthwhile proposition, but a few Orange branded apps and ringtones don't really do it for me...

Vodafone aren't releasing until after Xmas are they?

wow, what a cop out.

Looks like O2 won't be losing that much business! Only the £30 tariff seems any better. Only benefit would be an unlocked handset as far as I can see.
