Just. Keep. Trying. Seriously, unless the power or home button is broken, there is nothing that can prevent an iPhone going into DFU mode. I promise.

How would you know? Mr-iPhone-Master? If you knew all the secrets to the phone you would have been able to help instead of just giving ******** spam that doesn't help anyone. If he's here then it's clear that the DFU mode doesn't work. No amount of "trying" will help. My phone is screwed up too, would like help on the matter.

This should help!

Hey guys ive been stuck just like you guys and got into dfu mode the first try after watching this video:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=fvwp&v=uuulql2u37U&NR=1

so pretty much hold the power and home button for 10 seconds (while it is on or recovery mode loop)
Then simply let go of the power button until your computer registers that it is dfu mode

-NOTE: phone must be plugged into your computer and itunes must be opened and connected to the phone

hope this helped i encourage you to watch the video if my instructions did not make sense he goes over recovery mode and dfu mode so dont quit the video just because he starts talking about getting into recover mode (dfu mode is later in the video)

This is not my video i do not know this youtuber in anyway and im sure he would like you guys to leave a like
