Appigo's Todo is sticking out for me. Just seems like a company that offers a subscription model for their apps would be quick to update. I've looked at alternatives but the two I tried that have been updated (Wunderlist and Microsoft's todo) have small annoyances that I can't get around.

You might try todoist...It’s also a subscription, but at least it works...

NEST- While your app is free the products and service to utilize the app are not. I find this completely ridiculous that most of my apps are updated and the one I have spent most on (Camera and Service) is not! WHY?

I presume in the end that at least half of the apps on the AppStore will not get updated for a year or two. Some apps have taken over a year to implement fingerprint recognition for your login credentials. Now with Apple dropping that and switching to facial recognition, I’m sure the app developers are thinking what next, and just avoiding recoding their app to fit both Apples poor choice of screen redesign and facial recognition. Just imagine all the apps that haven’t been updated in a year or more....don’t hold your breath waiting for updates for the iPhone X. I’ve usually updated to the latest iPhone within a year of release but I’m sticking with my 6s until Apple show some consistency with the design of their phones and how one interfaces with them. I am not just a “lite” user of my iPhone...it’s just not worth the hassle to the users or developers. Remember, being on the bleeding edge does have its drawbacks.

Most of my apps are updated now actually and I’m surprised how quick it happened.

But then there’s still the Apple remote app...

And kodi remote. And calctape (that was something, they had iPhone X support and removed it again...)

Seems like that happened last week already based on some earlier posts in the thread.

I check app updates daily. And today’s the first day it appeared. I guess something weird could’ve happened at the Apple store to my phone… Hard to tell. But I do check it daily. And I use Tapatalk free not the pro version. That could also account for the difference.

Still waiting for Clear, BlackBerry Work, AMEX and Barclay to get with the program and update their respective apps to support the X screen size.

Double post, but new Kindle app update and STILL no X support.

Really Amazon?

Am I going mad? Am I vain, quoting myself? NOPE!

I AM coming to the conclusion that Amazon don’t like the X though because, yes, ANOTHER update and STILL no X support!

Good heavens.

Amazon WAS updated for X. Maybe you haven’t done all your updates pending.

Kindle app hasn’t been updated to utilise the entire screen, check again.

Here are some example screenshots. Last couple are from Instapaper which has been updated, and what the Kindle app ought to look something like.

I still can't believe Nest isn't compatible especially given how much of a premium they charge users for their cameras to have recording ability.

Also Disney/Line Tsum Tsum is still not updated for the X.

Read more carefully. I said Amazon app was already updated. I didn’t comment on Kindle.

In post 66 I was clearly talking about the Kindle app. Your quote of me in post 68 omits that part and introduces the Amazon (shop) app to the discussion with the suggestion I check my updates. At no point in any of my posts was I referring to the Amazon (shop) app.

So in counter, I’d suggest you read, and quote, more carefully.

Sorry - but in #66 you clearly say Amazon. Only logical conclusion is you mean Amazon App itself. Please be more specific if you wish to be understood.
