I don't know of a Max thread. No one has it yet.
The one with the border requires reduced motion be off in accessibility.

This is how it looks when I set the picture “as is” without any adjustment. If I move it up closer to the time/date the feet remain cut off.

Not sure why it cuts off the feet. The resolution I use is correct. Are you in zoomed view maybe?

I don't believe so... I am selecting the "Still" setting and not "Perspective."

Try perspective and see if that's it. In the mean time, you might try this one. I can raise the image up if necessary. You might also turn on reduce motion in accessibility.
