Mili Battery backup?

I'm curious if anyone has tried this Mili product for ipod touch (I've read Mili Power Skin reviews for the iphone w/excellent results):

if so, does it work well? how many full charges do you get out of it?

And if no one has, what does one recommend nowadays for a good battery backup for my ipod touch 3g. I'm a big gamer and have to always be plugged in or else its dead in an hour or so.
