Is Little Snitch worth it?

Thank you so much for this! I've been a satisfied Little Snitch user for years and wasn't even taking advantage of this.

I've subscribed to this ad block list. Are there any others you recommend?

No problem, actually that’s the list I use too. The guy who makes it, Peter Lowe is pretty well known because his list used to be used for the old Adblock browser extensions of memory serves me correct. I only use this list personally because it’s less to manage when I need to occasionally turn it off.
