Eclipse 4 ipad version is not out

I install eclipse 4 on my iPad Pro as well and no problem so far.

For the dev account, paying $99 is tempting for not having to resign but at the same time it's a lot of money for just having to plug in your computer 5 minutes once in a while if you rarely reboot your phone. Plus I Heard Saurik is working on a tool to prevent re signing every week.

Anybody have issues with the latest jailbreak yet? When I jailbroke my last iPhone, it caused insane battery drain/heat issues and I don't know if I want to take that chance again.

No problems on my next models:
6s+ 64
6s 16
5s 16
iPad Pro 12.9" 32

All with beta6.

Ask around youf friends. At least one of them can turn out to be a dev with a paid account.

I've jailbroken my iPad pro 9.7 and all was working fine, just rebooted my device and when I run Yalu and press go, it either reboots the device (and still isn't jailbroken) or says failed, retry and when I press again, it reboots and when it starts up, it isn't jailbroken.

Any ideas what I am doing wrong?

Still no love for the 7 !!!!! this is the longest I have waited to purchase any new iPhone. What to do?

Luca said in a twitter post that he's working on a one year certificate but lately said that it has been revoked. Does anybody know What is going on?

Right, I just went to sign up for a new Apple ID as don't want to use my official one. Problem is, when I try and sign up for one I am unable to create an actual .mac or .me ID. So I signed in for a new Apple ID with my Yahoo email address. Would this work?

I'm miffed as to why I can't sign in for a new .mac address.

Is it not recommended to use an official Apple ID?

I used my official Apple ID.

I thought you could only have one .mac/.me/.icloud account?

Worked like a charm on my 5s.

I know that SAM hasn't worked in years, does anyone know if there is a way to unlock the phone through Cydia. It's locked to Straight Talk and they won't release it.

Apple stopped allowing people to make @Mac.com and @me.com addresses a number of years ago. You can make a @icloud.com account now but I don't remember how. It wasn't a straight forward process if I remember correctly.

As far as if it's okay to use your primary account or not, it doesn't really matter. The reason people were reluctant to use their primary accounts goes back to the 9.3.3 pangu jailbreak. You had to use their tool and put your email and password in. People weren't comfortable with that.

If you dont have a dev account, I dont see why taking the risk (even if minimal) of using your real Apple ID to sign a jailbreak api. Its free to create a new Apple ID and you can use gmail, outlook, or any email you have to create one so its realy that easy.

If you have 2 step verification enabled, I think the risk is minimal to use your real one, but I just don't want to take any chance cause I have no dev account so, no benefits to use my real one and no trouble to create a new app password each time I need to re-sign the api.

What is the risk of using a real email account to sign the ipa???

Thanks for all the replies regarding a secondary Apple ID. To play it safe I created a yahoo ID for jail breaking purposes. I just don't feel secure going with my official Apple ID.

Playing it safe with a yahoo address! Isn't that an oxymoron? When are they due to get hacked again?:D
