iPhone Jailbreaking an iPhone 4s.

Yeah, I'm a bit confused about this all thing as I have recently jumped to Apple, I was on low-end Android before. About the stolen phone, I have no idea if it was stolen or anything. I bought it knowing that it has no service (blocked). It doesn't bother me as I'm not from UK, I'm from Lithuania, and every SIM is working here, with gevey or anything. I would not have bought if I was from UK
So, now the problem occured. I have ordered an O2 PAYG sim. Will it activate my iPhone, even if it's blacklisted?
