Apple Watch wearers, happy new year! 🎆🎊🎈 if y’all had already rang in 2025 in your area and your activity challenge has popped up for the first month of 2025, feel free to reply to this thread.

Otherwise, let’s count down to 2025 and don’t forget, we have the ring in the new year activity challenge! All Apple Watch wearers will have to close all their three rings for 1 week during January.

After years of looking for - not always fulfilling - the challenges, I´m out from now on.
As I said before: they were getting too less challenging compared to the years 2020/2021/2022.

Killed the activity complication from my watch, will use my numbers sheet to
record my waterrowing minutes.

Once a month I will look for my steps - the other sheet. Doing this since 10/2014.
Sometime next autumn I will have completed 40.075 km - once around the world.

I haven't doubled my exercise goal in a very long time (at least since I upped it from the default) so this might actually be a challenge for me.

Not bad for these two! I had these ones before.
Mine is to close all 3 activity rings 21 times.
Similar to mines but it’s 27 times for me 🫣 I got a business trip coming up and I will have to end up doing Fitness+ in the hotel room… there is no gym in there. Y’all is this a great idea? 10 mins of HIIT workout, bodyweight only. Same goes for my strength training and Mindful Cooldown, only needs a mat or towel which I will be bringing a long towel to use.

22 walking workouts of at least 5 minutes. I'm on vacation for 2.5 weeks this month and will be doing more pure running rather than walking at the end of running workouts (I'm slowly building up running mileage after several injuries), so I doubt I'm going to make it - I have about 15 walking workouts scheduled this month.

Same here but close activity rings off for almost the entire month (27 times, all three rings closed). I got a business trip for a week in end of January before Chinese new year 🧧. I have to plan fitness + for these days between shifts.
