Seems like a big one here. Then do the Time to Walk episodes and do one once a day, you can do them at your own pace and listen to motivational speeches and podcasts in it. Then the other workouts start slowly with modifications once the doc gives you the green light, 🚦 man.goldmac: You can modify your workout by using lighter weights, refraining from too much jumping during HIIT workouts and using a chair 🪑.
Here's what I got from the surgery center:
1. Limit your activities for a full 6 weeks after your operation.
2. Avoid all exercise other than walking.
3. Do not lift anything heavier than approximately 20 pounds.
So, I'm thinking I'm limited to walking.
Treadmill workouts: steer clear until the green light as you have to adjust speed and incline. If you get physical therapy , utilize it.
