Finally back in good enough shape to get out and run consistently. Still finished this way faster than I was expecting.

Watching all of you keep up with the challenges given to you by your watch is impressive. Mine was to reach a certain amount of Exercise minutes but I can never find the time to do that. I downloaded a watch face called StressFace that has helped me manage my everyday stress way better, but I hoped to see if anyone knew any other apps that might help me keep more motivated? Best wishes & well done everyone!

First thanks for sharing this StressFace watch face. I did not know about it. I downloaded it and I am trying it out now.

Now to your question. What kind of motivation are you after? In terms of working out (and exercise minutes) to be honest I do use the watch rings to get motivated. Just set it to something low and achievable for the most part. Like say 30 minutes of exercise minutes and I do not know 250 calories to burn a day (it is not a lot but better to start with something). Then if you can achieve them every day good, if not aim to do achieve them at least 3 days a week and start with that. Just be aware that Exercise does not need to be super complicated and difficult workout, it could be just a walk in the evening in the neighborhood.

Once you get used to this then you can advance to more but also know your limits. The watch suggests increasing of Move goal every week (burnt calories). I so do not do it as this is not realistic. I try to not have unrealistic expectations for myself as this way I could only get demotivated. Nothing else.
