After reading some threads decided to purchase the wireless beats 2 and paired with new Apple watch. Works and sounds great with music uploaded easily to watch. Highly recommend

Could you try using it while working out? Heard some brand having problem in this situation.

I use beats studio wireless on the rowing machine but power beats for cycling etc as you would be nuts to use the studios on the road :D

I just got these in the mail.
Tried them out on a walk tonight.
They are pretty comfortable, sound quality is decent; but the volume isn't quite as loud as I would like.
Pairing was easy but my music did cut out for a while when I tried to use the controls on the headphones; got it back up after resetting the bluetooth connection.

For $30, though, these are a no-brainer.

Good to know, I picked up the powerbeats 2 today, they're nice but little disappointed with the sound quality. I've got 14 days, so I'll try these and the jaybirds out as well.

Not to hijack the thread I also just picked up the PowerBeats 2 Wireless, it's being delivered today. But I'm finding the 180 I paid for them a little hard to swallow. That's a lot of cash for BT.

Found these for like $78 today though:
http://www.amazon.com/Sony-MDRAS600...430254066&sr=1-1-catcorr&keywords=mdr-as600bt

haven't tried them or anything but for like 1/2 the price as the PB2 Wireless retails these things might be promising. They have 8.5 hours of battery life, which is 2 hours more than any BT earbuds I've ever seen.

Just food for thought. Buying set purely for the :apple: Watch! :D

Tried these and the Jaybird's from the Apple store and settled on a $19 pair from Amazon. Sound is great but build quality isn't the best. I'll get my $20 out of them and then some!

Just remember to plug them into your PC/Mac and update the firmware. The biggest issue with Power Beats 1 and 2 was the out of sync audio/video when playing movies/videos. The latest firmware fixed that issue.

I have the blue ones...they're fantastic!

I don't have my watch yet, but I'm glad to hear my headphones will work with the watch. Thanks!

I have the power beats 2 wireless as well, and will be getting my watch tomorrow. I normally have them paired to my iPhone. What happens when I pair them with my watch, then go to the gym, and have both my phone and watch with me? Which one will it pair to? The most recent one?

Question how this works with Bluetooth.

With the PowerBeats 2 Wireless can the be paid with both the phone and the watch?

I.e. listen to music on my phone or my podcast app, and then listen to music from the watch with our re-pairing?

I have two pairs of the Jaybird Bluebud X's, and two pair of the beats. They each have their strengths. My only problem is I don't have a watch yet. Anticipating a May arrival. So sad...

Well that would depend on your listening style. The Jaybirds appear to give you more detail in the smaller sounds like cymbals, and bells without being overly loud unless you fit them in your ear completely. The beats give you a louder sound, and deeper bass, while also allowing you to hear more of your surrounding sounds at least the way I wear them. If I need to be alert to my surroundings, and still want substantial sound I use the beats. When I'm listening to music that has more of a sound like an orchestra with more instruments then it's the Jaybirds. Sometimes I just wear whichever ones match what I'm wearing the closest. (Disclaimer) I'm not an audiophile so you mileage may vary.

Thanks a lot for answering. I'm not an audiophile as well.

I can't make up my mind cause as much as I prefer the louder sound and deeper bass of the beats. I prefer the jaybirds price and design.

Do you use the jaybird supplied silicon tips? I heard Comply foam tips on it makes it much better

I was on the page to order the comply tips yesterday, only problem was shipping cost almost as much as the tips. In answer to your queston yes I used the supplied tips, and the little wing that they supply. The only time they wont stay in my ear is once I start to sweat the wire will stick to my neck when I turn my head. Eating seems to make them dislodge from my ear as well. The comply tips will make a more sound cancelling seal, and they should yeild a better sound.

What you do is go to the music app on the watch, two finger press and hold until it brings up a pop up menu where you'll be able to choose the source, Watch or iPhone. This is after you've already paired your Beats to the watch, of course.

Was contemplating the powerbeats 2, but might give these a shot prior to shelling out $200.

You probably got them already, but I had those for a few days and they were really really bad so I returned them. I'm not new to bt cans, have had a pair of plantronics backbeat go and beats solo 2 wireless, both are awesome (the former has super short battery life but it's good for listening to podcasts to fall asleep).

Thanks for the heads up. I actually avoided them and picked up the BS2, going to pick up the jaybirds tomorrow and give them a shot. Not too thrilled about the BS2, just feels like they're missing something in terms of sound quality, especially at $200.

These are expensive but they're worth the convenience. You have to have that stupid contraption sitting around your neck. It's just the earbuds and nothing extra.

I use to have Jaybird Bluebuds X. Great sounds however could not get them to stay in ear during runs.

Have since gotten Powerbeats2 Wireless and I love them. Never been into Beats but their newest and higher end stuff sound great. Went and got Studio Wireless for the gym and couldn't be happier.

So now I have wireless for running and wireless for lifting.

You should have tried the comply foam tips for the Bluebuds. They are fantastic and won't slip off. Sound improves also as it seals very well.
