Ok just got these two bad boys today, I am now officially a Juuk fanboy View attachment 749668 View attachment 749669
I just love that blue Ligero. Too bad they discontinued that color- it’s gorgous.View attachment 754554 Ok I think I'm going to stop now!!
I am looking at getting the Velo in Silver but ordered my first Apple Watch in the 40mm size and the Juuk site only has 42/44 listed for the Silver Velo.
Going to the Apple Store to confirm that is the right size for me (coming from a Tissot that I measured at 39mm) but wondering if the Velo is made for the 38/40mm Watch.
I just received that email as well and I have the midnight Velo in the post to go with the Gold SS. Ah well, at least they’re aware of the issue, can’t imagine what headache this would be causing them right now.
Hi everyone, do your JUUK connectors fit snug? Mine isn't and I'm wondering if I'm the only one with a defect.
My Vitero isn't snug on my Series 2, it's wobbly and I can literally see right through it from one end to the other of the connector - a very noticeable gap, perhaps between 0.5 to 1mm. Every now and then I can "pop" it back again with a click (not sideways). That's not a good thing, right?
So, the issue is with the Apple Watch case itself, each having variances? It seems that JUUK is aware of the problem that their band connectors do not fit on all Apple Watches:
Thank you, yes, I have contacted them and even sent a video of the issue so that they can visualize my problem. Still awaiting their reply. Hopefully, they can sort it out soonest. It's embarrassing to have folks come and say the band looks awesome only to find the connector sides jutting out wobbly. All four of our bands fit our series 2 and series 3 fit very well. What you're describing definitely isn't good, no. If you talk to Juuk, I'm sure they'll fix you up.

Oh, just got a reply from Eugene himself via email. They will send out a replacement connector for my Series 2, once they have redesigned them to address connector fit challenges with some of the Series 4, apparently, Apple had changes. I'm happy they are working on it. Sure raises my confidence to get another unit when I do get my hands on the Series 4 later in the year Thank you for your inputs, Feenician

That's good news. They are a great little company. I think I'll pick up an Obsidian Velo after they alter the connector.
They updated the blog post. They've identified the issue and fix and shared a tentative schedule
Vitero: December 2018
Ligero: January 2019
Velo: January 2019
Revo and Locarno: early 2019
Looks like I know what I am getting myself for Christmas.
