It seems that JUUK is aware of the problem that their band connectors do not fit on all Apple Watches:

I just ordered a Juuk band off of Amazon. “Sold by Juuk, fulfilled by Amazon.” Not all their bands are available through amazon, but the one I wanted was, and with Prime free next day, that’s much better than waiting for a shipment from Hong Kong!

And if defective for any reason - Amazon returns are easy.

Can’t wait to get it. I bought the Red & Grey Vitero for my Space Gray watch.

Ordered a 38mm Frost Blue Ligero for my gf and a Viteza Onyx for myself in the sale. That'll be four of their straps and something tells me it won't be too long before we add more.

I am looking at getting the Velo in Silver but ordered my first Apple Watch in the 40mm size and the Juuk site only has 42/44 listed for the Silver Velo.

Going to the Apple Store to confirm that is the right size for me (coming from a Tissot that I measured at 39mm) but wondering if the Velo is made for the 38/40mm Watch.

I spoke to Eugene about the sizes being limited in some lines. He said there isn’t enough demand for some of the strap types in the smaller size. It just wouldn’t be profitable for some to be made in 38/40mm. That’s disappointing (my gf wants Locarno in 38/40mm) but understandable, given JUUK’s small production run, boutique nature.

I just received that email as well and I have the midnight Velo in the post to go with the Gold SS. Ah well, at least they’re aware of the issue, can’t imagine what headache this would be causing them right now.

It's definitely unfortunate but I have the utmost faith that they can and will fix it, and do right by their customers in the meantime.

Hi everyone, do your JUUK connectors fit snug? Mine isn't and I'm wondering if I'm the only one with a defect.

My Vitero isn't snug on my Series 2, it's wobbly and I can literally see right through it from one end to the other of the connector - a very noticeable gap, perhaps between 0.5 to 1mm. Every now and then I can "pop" it back again with a click (not sideways). That's not a good thing, right?

All four of our bands fit our series 2 and series 3 fit very well. What you're describing definitely isn't good, no. If you talk to Juuk, I'm sure they'll fix you up.

So, the issue is with the Apple Watch case itself, each having variances?

Thank you, yes, I have contacted them and even sent a video of the issue so that they can visualize my problem. Still awaiting their reply. Hopefully, they can sort it out soonest. :) It's embarrassing to have folks come and say the band looks awesome only to find the connector sides jutting out wobbly.

There's definitely variance on the watches themselves but Juuk have years of experience engineering around that. I expect you just got unlock with a little QC slip. Let us know what happens.

Oh, just got a reply from Eugene himself via email. They will send out a replacement connector for my Series 2, once they have redesigned them to address connector fit challenges with some of the Series 4, apparently, Apple had changes. I'm happy they are working on it. Sure raises my confidence to get another unit when I do get my hands on the Series 4 later in the year :) Thank you for your inputs, Feenician :)

Thank you for this update from Eugene. I have two Juuk metal bracelets (brushed Revo and Locarno) for my 42mm S3, and just got a 38mm polished Revo for my wife's 38mm which I have not even opened yet! I want to use these excellent bracelets on the new 44mm Series 4 which I plan to get soon, so I am happy to hear that Eugene has a fix in the works.

That's good news. They are a great little company. I think I'll pick up an Obsidian Velo after they alter the connector.

The Obsidian Velo is a great match for the black stainless watch; I have one on my Series 3 black stainless watch.

I've got a bunch of their bands and am planning on replacing my Series 3 watches (1 silver stainless and 1 black stainless) with Series 4 watches, so I'm really hoping they're able to resolve the fit problem and come up with replacement connectors that will work with bands that are out in the field.

I'm also going to plan to buy one of the stainless Velo bands, once they're available.
