Nowhere, Al.
"a problem repeatedly occurred with https://URL"

Same thing happens with me. Had to download Firefox just to visit a couple of my usual sites.
I'll try the fix I just read about. Wish me luck.

Hi, I upgraded to latest 10.15.7 which brings Safari 15.0. Now Safari won't open pages "recurrent error with URL. Reload". URL as simple as belll.ca. Does this to some XX pages and random pages too from gift cards site to car parts. Googled 1000 times and nobody has a way to fix it. Safari 14.2 worked like a charm before upgrade. Did all the usual stuff: prefs, plist, etc, Had to resort to download Safari Technology Preview for Catalina which is not in my native language. Kind of pissed by this. At least pages load. So is there somebody who knows what's happening with Safari 15.0? What do you suggest me to do? I just upgraded to Catalina a few weeks ago. Was on Mojave for the past years and you know Mojave: no frills, no fuss, no nothing. A real Mac. Can you help me?
Thanks again friends.
Yes, I have the same problem and Safari saves all my passwords on top of it. I have resorted to using Firefox and needing to reenter all my passwords there. What a pain. It also loads unbelievably slow.

Well, it looks like Safari turned back to normal. Fast loading, no problems. After updating to 15.0 I let the computer sit for about an hour, rebooted the computer and now everything looks normal again. I don't know if that information will help anyone, but it worked on my Mac.
Thanks. I'll try shutting down and new start up.

there
Si tu veux parler Québécois, écris-le comme il faut. Flabbergasted de lire du Français icitte? As for Safari 15, I too am getting better results with DL from Apple website. A tad slower but at least it opens pages.
I used to live there (1990s) and typed that fast
"Tabernac" changed I just realized.
anyways
safari is working better for everyone now I hope

Auto corrector I understand. Glad you know Québec. You should have stayed. Great place to live...in a way. You know, on all forums, one doesn't see much French. Forums from France, I don't understand how they speak their French. I'm much comfortable with US English. Now, as for Safari, better now but still some pages that won't open. When that happens, I use Safari Technology Preview 14.2 for Catalina. Maybe it will resolves itself magically.

I have a 27" late 2013 iMac running Catalina 10.15.7 and since the last updates from Apple my mac is throwing all sorts of fits! I think it is somehow related to Safari 15. There must be reports of this getting back to Apple and they had better do something about it soon. Driving me nuts. The only reason I haven't upgraded my computer is that I am waiting for the new bigger iMac to come out. I went to Time Machine thinking I could revert to an older version of Safari that works but it won't let me do that. Does anyone have any answers?

The Safari 15.0 for Catalina solved the page reload problem for me instantly.
Typical garbage Apple QC. Nobody will get fired, but the person that provided the fix needs a raise and should have done the relevant SW in the first place.

I'm having the same problem with the "recurrent error" message.

Looks like it goes back to the order in which updates are installed. Safari always should be installed/reinstalled last. I don’t know why there’s no permanent fix.

Never had any issues with Safari until the v15.0 update. Many sites won't load at all: "a problem repeatedly occurred with https://URL... And reinstalling the OS is not the answer either.

Disabling javascript is the only way to get these sites to load.
Although Safari 15 mostly works for me it is not compatible with the Homebridge UI. When accessing that, logs will not show, the terminal does not function, and I cannot update existing modules or install new ones. I also think the new tab, bookmark, reading list Sidebar is a disgrace. Previously if the sidebar was open and I selected a bookmarked site or manually entered a url the Sidebar would close providing the whole window for use by the chosen site. If I closed the site by returning to the Start Menu the Sidebar would reappear, allowing a new selection.

Now I need to not only manually open and close the Sidebar, I must also manually select the Tab Group I want to work with (in most of my cases, Bookmarks) then manually close it when the site opens. When I later reopen the Sidebar it does not even return to my chosen Tab Group. I must again manually reselect the proper tab group.

^^^ Have you installed the link that RobertPS provided? It worked for me except for some pages that will load blank, but it's acceptable for the time being. Hopefully your issues will be resolved as well with this link:
I fixed this on on MacOS Catalina 10.15.7 with Safari 15.0 by re-installing Safari 15.0.
I downloaded from this link provided on the Apple discussions support forum:
Safari 15.0 for Catalina

No restart needed. Use at your own discretion/risk.

Safari 15.0 is more of a work in progress if you ask me. I did downloaded it from Apple link after the upgrade and it made Safari 60% better. Now, new pages don't open. Still 3-5 pages of the "old" 15 Safari don't open.

Same here on MacOS Catalina 10.15.7 with Safari 15.0. Banking login web page constantly reloading and failing with "Problem repeatedly occurred". Worked fine before.
Error messages from console attached.
Last Safari before this version and latest Firefox browser work(ed) fine for the failing websites.

I've been an avid Mac user since the Apple IIe and this "new improved" completely broken version of Safari is the first time I've seen this huge of a failure. It's not even a Beta version. It's not even Microsoft awful - it's a total embarrassment. It's very clear no one even tested it before release.

A huge number of websites no longer open. The problem frequently seems to begin after attempting to login - the redirect confuses the browser.
I had the same issue on MacOS Catalina 10.15.7 with Safari 15.0. I was able to fix the problem by downloading this link: Safari 15.0 for Catalina

That update to Safari 5.0 for Catalina seems to have solved my problem of websites that wouldn't load.

Thank you, everyone.

Hi again, I did all was suggested here (download from Apple link) and unfortunately, I have to resort to Safari 14.2 Technology Preview for some pages cause version 15.0 on Catalina 10.15.7 just won't load too many pages. Surely must be my fault...Surely something I'm doing wrong...Something I don't know...I've come to learn Apple is never wrong. Is users are. Like the Apple mini scrolling and its marshmallows. Just wanna learn to live in this new world of Apple being sloppy at times more than before.
