Thinking about it. It's only two per year? I may let it get a bit more messed up before I do that.
One incident from seven years ago is hardly justification for calling them “very risky”. I’ve been using them for years with no broken/marred devices.
sure, it's all about how they fall, probably why apple stopped making them and most other case makers don't.
Wtf. Did you just email them? I filled out their warranty form and emailed them but still no reply.
Well I reached out over chat and even they were confused about the slow response time so yeah. Just got to wait. Pretty ambivalent about their level of service. I’ve always found them to be bang average.
Filled out a warranty form this evening and got a reply within an hour. New one being sent out.
How is dropping your case damaging it a warranty claim? It’s leather lol
Bullstrap warranty covers cosmetic damages. So you can get a replacement if the case has a cosmetic damage.
Lol that’s great. They finally did get back to me last night. Hopefully this experience was a one off.
I've been rocking the Bullstrap Sienna since November but stumbled across an Apple Leather 14 Pro case in Ink. I forgot how perfect the fit is with the Apple Leather cases.
I got my replacement today and the buttons are much smoother. I don’t notice any difference with the inset of the buttons.
My big conundrum now is the original case has a better grain pattern but the new one has better buttons. Life is tough! 😁
I'd consider taking black off your hands.
How long did you have the max for? How did you switch to the regular pro? Been thinking of doing the same, just looking to see what makes the most $ sense.
