I had a Keyway for my 14 Pro and I'm convinced it's from the exact same manufacturer as the Ryan London closed bottom case.

I think they all share manufacturers honestly.

The cases are too similar to not be. I have a Keyway and I’ve seen a Ryan London (closed bottom) and they are dang near identical. Same thing with Bare and Andar, and Bullstrap and Ryan London (open bottom). Leather quality may be different but they’re more than likely using the same manufacturers to build the cases.

Never owned the open bottom Ryan London, but had a Bullstrap. I think that leather looks and feels so much nicer than the closed bottom RL.

Is this all just from usage? Or did you use leather conditioner?

Andar Aspen, Turquoise received this morning.

A very very nice case. Slimmer than I expected, and not as slippery as I was expecting given some feedback on here. Power button is a little stiff to press compared to volume and action - I’ve messaged Andar to see what they think. Leather scent isn’t as strong as I was expecting but a really nice case; a bit more ‘colourful’ than I usually go for so we’ll see how it goes. If I run it long enough to patina, the deepening of the colour should look good.

Damn these RL close bottom cases look good! I think they win for leather case this year. I will just wait for the next gen to get one.

I ordered a case from RL for my little SE 3. It came today and it is perfect, the buttons are so soft to the touch.
I was a bit dubious about covered buttons with my arthritis problems but these are fantastic.

Its the old saying that you only get what you pay for.

open bottom, go with RL.
Closed, go with andar.

if you have no preference, go with RL open bottom.

I’ve got both, the Aspen is a lovely case and is a smoother leather. If you want more textured leather then the Ryan London offers that, but with a lot less colour options. Buttons are also more squared off on the RL closed bottom case.

Depending on your location, and shipping costs, you can’t go wrong with either choice IMO. Both are high quality, comfortable to use, and both smell great too.

I have a Bullstrap sienna case sitting new in the box for an se3. I bought it on sale for no reason, but now it looks like I may pickup an se3 as a secondary phone.
